The 6th and 7th grade #GirlNationLV workshop is happening Sunday, October 8 from 1pm-4pm at Belly Bliss!
Our fun, #interactive , and #inspiring half-day #workshop is designed to target the #unique#challenges#girls face. Our program provides the tools and #confidence to create a more #supportive Girl World. Groups of 10–12 girls are overseen by 1-2 peer #leaders , who guide the conversations and activities.
Girl Nation creates a safe, conversational environment to help girls open up. This foundation #nurtures important group discussions focusing on sharing experiences, learning #forgiveness , and repairing broken #relationships . The girls begin to introduce new topics and #experiences they never shared before, and this can be incredibly #therapeutic .
Our activities are designed to boost self-esteem, self-respect, and self-worth. We foster #feelings of #friendship and support. This helps girls break down barriers, create new #connections , develop stronger relationships, and acquire a deeper understanding – as girls; we are all on the same team.
We have an #inspirational#nutritionist who teaches the importance of #food , and how to make healthy choices. These #lessons include interactive demonstrations, where girls learn to make their own healthy snacks.
Toward the end of the day, we provide an introductory yoga class, which shows the importance of meditation and learning to be “in the now.” Our final activity is a heartfelt “letting go” #ceremony , with balloons, which often becomes a life changing experience for our girls.
Tickets can be purchased at https://api.time.ly/events/312094/checkout
A Girl Nation Scholarship program is available to girls in financial need who want to attend a GN class but don’t have the financial means. Please email us at GirlNationLV@gmail.com for more information.
It was an unforgettable day! I was really nervous for my inspiration speech in my class. I expected that I would have mistakes..definitely it happened. But my classmates gave me wonderful comments😭😭 I changed my mind from today! Be confident and deliver my thoughts to others well. It is really challenge for me to improve my speaking skills in front of many people, but I will do it for my supportive classmates😍 Thank you guys and Ma’am Adalla💕you gave courage to me 😁#speechcomm#inspirationalspeech#nervous#energetic#supportive#Ilovemyclassmates 😍
When I say Plexus changed me, I truly mean it! You can obviously SEE the change! But I FEEL the change. Before I could change, I had to shift and change my mindset. I made up my mind to make my health a priority! When I did that, if was so much easier to be consistent with my products, eating, water, and activity!! This is what change looks and feels like! Better sleep, better mood, less stress, less sickness, more focus, less allergies, less headaches, less pain, less bloating, younger looking, less inflammation, more confidence!! I LOVE that I lost 30 lbs and went from a size 12 to a 6. But, I LOVE the way I am so much healthier on the INSIDE now. Its been a year and I'm STILL seeing results!
I woke up this morning feeling this way. So grateful that I have a passion for what I do. I love making women and men feel good about themselves everyday, whether it's through words and having great conversation or making them feel more confident through the right products to use for them ranging from skincare to makeup. I am also surrounded by such amazing people too!
We all have different ways and things that make us feel beautiful and there is absolutely nothing wrong with how we go about doing that.
To top it off I am paid my worth in so many different ways. If you ever have any questions about what I do and want some details always feel free to reach out to me. 💕
If you don’t stand for something you’ll fall for anything. Whether you take a knee, march, boycott or speak out, we must stand up and stand strong for what we believe in. This path was never easy for us and we’ve always been met with opposition but we must stay the course. We applaud, admire and support all of our brothers and sisters who are using their platforms to make their voices heard.
