Eating vegetables doesn’t need to be time consuming or boring.
This is food prep at its finest.
I find it all too easy to rush around and survive off carbs during the day, but I feel rubbish by the end of the day.
What a difference you feel both mentally and physically when you consciously drink lots of water and eat veggies and proteins for lunch.
So spices used on my tray bake are ginger, smoked paprika, mixed Italian herbs, salt and pepper.

This man answered my advert below and is now making great progress...why? Because he attends one of my weekly classes and is feeling supported and in control again.

There’s so many boot camps and weight loss classes available but when you go they are full of women...which is great for some of you but what about a Men Only Fitness group where we talk physical fitness, mental health and then train for an event in the future that will make us and our families proud!
I am best suited for this as 1) I’m a man, 2) I have had my ups and downs too and 3) I’m passionate about men’s health and know what it’s like to have the support of a group being a member of the armed forces for 10 years!
