I was asked in a DM what type of first aid kit I keep on me for hiking trips, especially since most of them are solo trips.
This is one of many kits I own since I base them on the terrain and areas I hike.
This is the @adventuremedicalkits Mountain Series first aid kit and I've had to use it a few times for wrapping sprains, bandaging light scratches and deep cuts or the ibuprofen when I know I'm going to be sore and the next morning.
It's great for day and overnight hikes. Here I was topping my water off and grabbing a bandage for a cut considering mosquitos were starting to come out.
