Quick easy lunch today - jacket potato with tuna and salad. In my tuna I put 1tbsp lighter than light mayo and a couple of tbsp of fat free yogurt, chopped red onion, sweetcorn and salt & pepper. Dressed the salad with a little balsamic vinegar 👌 0.5syns for mayo and the rest free and speed!

I love this, the slimming world plan actually makes my goals feel achievable. For so long I just accepted the fact that I was always going to look in the mirror and cringe, and cry at least twice a week over the way I look. No, I’m still not happy and as you all (if you’ve followed me from the beginning) know, I still have a long way to go., Those thoughts still encroach on me ALL the time, often when I least expect it. But the @slimmingworld plan has helped me to regain control, feel as though I can change, and given me the confidence that my GOALS ARE ACHIEVEABLE. I like this quote so much because without the help of the plan, alongside other factors but dream would still only be a wish, but I’m now over half way there!!! One of the many reasons I’ve set up this account is to help people realise the true help towards your mental health that healthy eating, and small lifestyle changes can make. It’s not the answer to everything but it sure damn helps me, and I hope to even just help one other person.
