So yesterday on my personal page, I posted about how I failed with shift shop... I didn't like the program, I wasn't motivated, which caused my eating to go out of whack as well! I would do the workout for the sake of doing it, and then not want to do anything else. Anybody who knows me, knows this isn't me! I'm always walking or getting on the treadmill after!
So today, I'm putting my foot down, and going back to something I tried and loved. Chisel balance of hammer and chisel is done today, and 30 on the treadmill! Feeling awesome, and got the motivation back, as you can tell by the super sweat! Lol
How did it come back so fast?? Well, I done something I loved, and it motivated me to go further and hit the treadmill! I haven't really done that since I started shift shop! No doubt it is a great program, just not for me 🙂
