On the trainer after a 12km trail run this morning. Ride wasn’t too bad but it was a sweaty mess. Got my 💙 shoes on to match my new 💙 @wrightsockau socks! 🌿⛰🍂
Now sat having my toes painted ready for a fancy few days in the City.
Oh, and the #superheromuffins were a hit after rather a hard run today.

Was allowed to join the hubby this morning for his daily basement spin class 🙌 - only one short delay as Mia cried Mami and wanted a few snuggles (fortunately she went straight back to bed 🙏).
Today's morning sweat fest was exactly what I needed to carry me through a busy day at work and amazing evening out with my friend @jacshepp to attend "Angels Den" (an evening filled with smart and talented researchers pitching their new social and.biomedical innovations). Funny enough the winner of the social innovation award was called IRONMOM!!!😱💕🙌🙌🙌 - an app idea to help educate and help women with iron levels, critical during pregnancy.
A great day all around and I can't wait to do it all over again tomorrow 💕

My inboxes are filled with questions on the daily from women all over looking for advice in their business. It truly means the world to me that I have the most amazing opportunity to reach so many and help people believe in themselves, put their goals first for once and maybe even dream a little bit bigger than they have in the past.
After 4 short years , yes .. my husband and I have definitely seen more success in our coaching business than we ever thought possible. 2017 was basically a Dream year. Our team is on fire and we are seriously beside ourselves.
Never did we think THIS would be our life.
So while we have achieved a lot I do at the same time feel that comes hand in hand with many believing it just “happened”. We didn’t get lucky
We don’t have a secret sauce
And there’s definitely no magic recipe
For freaking HARD WORK.
I’ve gotten knocked down... like over 100 times
I’ve felt inferior and dumb
I’ve compared myself to others .. I’ve been terrified of failing ... and even more terrified of succeeding... I’ve shed many tears ...
I’ve lost some friends (or people I thought were my friends)
I’ve been ridiculed
I’ve been made fun of
I’ve been judged
and yeah .. they ALL hurt.
I’ve gotten into a few arguments and heated debates .
I’ve had quite a few all nighters
More 4 am wakeup calls than I can count.
I’ve had my fair share of meltdowns
I’ve failed ... a TON.
But I ALWAYS got right the f*ck back up and tried again.
My BEST advice to any coach , girlboss or bad ass woman trying to reach ANY goal is to stop giving up.
You’ve NEVER failed ... unless you quit.
This statement could not be more true... Too many of us have goals and dreams that we resist everyday... but those goals and dreams don’t go away or die.. they turn into anxiety.. depression... stress... anger and persist at our hearts everyday we choose to do nothing about them. Do you really want to lose the weight? Do you really want to live a healthy life? Then fight for it! Choose NOW, not tomorrow.. not the New Year.. because if that is your mindset I can guarantee that will be your mindset tomorrow or when January 1st comes and your hung over and exhausted from parting the night before.. If you want a change in your life then you have to decide now that you are going to fight for it.. there is not a soul on this earth that has the power to make a difference in your life other than YOU and if you are ready to fight then I am right here with a sword, armor, and an army of other souls who have chosen to fight for their lives too and it would be an honor to be on this journey with you as you conquer every battle you face 🙏🏼💜 #AskMeHow#WhatYouResistPersists#FightForIt#TeamNourish#ToStayThePath

It was upper body day and my arms are shaking as I wrote this post which means I better shower now before i can’t use my arms 🤣 no but seriously i was using 12s and 10s today and it was drop set which means we did 30 seconds with heavy weights and quickly switched to lighter weights and did another 30 seconds no break 😱 ~
Thanks to my ladies in my @Get Obsessed with Yourself group and @Fit2Feast group I still got my sweat fest done with a slight headache and now my headache is bye bye 🙌🏻 #getfitwithtanya#sweatfest#fitmom#upperbodyday

I’m throwing the BS flag right now!! I can tell you first hand that all the skeptics and made up things about home workouts aren’t true.
In college I used to do pull ups almost every day but at max only able to do about 10 and then I was done. Today on the other hand, when I jumped up on the pull-up bar at a friends house I felt the ease of doing a pull up because my shoulders have gotten so much stronger from when I was in college. I lifted 3 to 4 times a week in a gym with my team and I can say I’m so much stronger now!
Now I’m not sitting here trying to say that you can’t get strong in the gym, but what I’m saying is you can get strong and fit at home as well! Don’t turn your nose when someone says home workout, because if you’ve never tried it you never know what you can get out of it.
I used to get up every morning at 6am and head to the gym 🏋🏼♀️ for an hour of awkwardly lifting weights, waiting for machines to be open, and avoiding eye contact with everyone. I was waisting my own time, uncomfortable, and going no where with my goals. Now you can catch me at home 🙆🏼🏡 Killin a 30min workout and being my silly whacky self. There's no waiting around for equipment ⏳, no one to awkwardly avoid 👀, and I'm seeing results like never before 💃🏼 Maybe you love the gym, or maybe you're tired of people staring at you as you get your groove on. Wk3D1 (7/42) Today’s run was shorter but felt a lot more difficult because I’m still sore from the Leg workout I did on Sunday. And on top of it, all the run intervals were on the uphill leg of my path. One more run 🏃🏻♀️ in the books! 🤟🏻😝🤟🏻
Went with the good old pink and purple combo today for my workout! Goes great with my aching muscles....😂😂
Do you push yourself during your workout? Or, are you coasting and kind of doing it? I caught myself today and pushed a little harder. Think I've been coasting a little bit. Obviously, some days it's fine to give yourself a little grace but if you're feeling it, then pushing that little extra 💕 You'll be glad you did! 👏 i will always applaud you for pressing play and SHOWING UP, No matter if it's the worst workout of your life or the best. SHOW UP, push when you can 👍💕
In today's edition of Try It Tuesday, I tried a workout I had never done before - had never even unwrapped the disc (it was a bonus from one of my programs), so I went for it today... Never has a workout been more aptly named, I can tell you that right now. Awesome workout though, and there is a reason he gives more than his usual amount of water breaks - it's needed!
