I promise I do train more than legs! 🙈 But these lunges are too good of a move to not share with you! Do 3 counts down and come right back up for 10 reps. Follow this up by doing 10 reps as fast as you can.
Be sure to keep your chest up and your front knee at 90 degrees. Your legs will be burning about halfway through. And don’t forget to do the same on the other side. 💪🏼
Crushed my 25 minute workout first thing this morning with the help of a few fur babies! Their version of “helping” was giving me LOTS of kisses and laying adorably right where I was trying to workout. It was all worth it though! I got in a FANTASTIC workout and a few extra cuddles during my drink breaks. 💪🏼😏
HOLY LEGS!!! 3 sets of 10 reps followed by a 10 second hold. You can visibly see my legs shaking during the hold. But I did NOT give up!! I pushed myself even when I lost my balance or wanted to quit. You can do this!! 💪🏼😏
Didn't take more than a minute to start breaking out a sweat with my first go around with "Poncho" the punching bag. Making a lifestyle change is terrifying, but so is always staying the same. Once I realized that I need to adapt to what life throws at me, my whole world changed. Was it easy? Heck no! But I made the decision to change my perspective, and I instantly became more at peace.
We have to work for what we want. Nothing in life comes free. So if that means I stay up late and get up early, then that's what I will do in order to live my life by design one day. 💞
I’ve said it before, but I REALLY like this program so far. It’s very different from the workouts I’ve been doing the last few months. It feels great to switch it up! 🙌🏼
I totally checked for booty gains after today’s workout. I’ve done primarily HIIT workouts for awhile now - which is great to lose weight. But my body missed the burn and soreness that comes from lifting weights.
I WILL rebuild my legs/booty. You can bet on that! What non-scale victory are you working towards? 🤗
