My newest addiction!! I have a sweet tooth...and I have this thing for peanut butter...it's a problem (but admitting is the first step right?!😂🙈). But lately this has kept me honest and still allowed me to indulge!! It's so easy to make, and it's great after a VERY stressful day!!! 2-3 Tbsp peanut butter (fresh ground or Adams) or almond butter is yummy too!!
1-2 Tbsp butter or sometimes I do coconut oil (the coconut oil with almond butter is like an almond joy in a spoon!💕😋)
Melt that in the microwave and add a few drops of stevia (8-11 depending on your brand and how sweet you want it). Then add 1-2 Tbsp unflavored whey protein powder, combine and let it cool.
