Soup includes carrot, leeks, onion and swede (all speed free). Having some carrot sticks in the side for added speed 😘
Need all the help I can get this week after an 'off plan' weekend for my birthday. Don't get me wrong I thoroughly enjoyed it but I'm ready for my fruits and veggies again. Stood on the scales this morning and it wasn't pleasant so will be happy to try claw back this week and get either a small gain or even better a maintain this week at weigh in!
Water, plenty of speed and restricting syns slightly to under 10 to try and claw this badminton as much as I can. Pray for me 😂
