Wind back to exactly 2 years ago when I completed my first ever triathlon, Ballarat Ironman 70.3. The chick in this pic had just got her butt absolutely schooled but her heart had fallen in love with a new sport. The triathlon and running community are absolutely incredible and I’m so grateful to be a part of it. And thank you to my partner in tri for always believing in me and bringing me to the sport! Sitting here getting treatment for my most recent flare up - and just at the right time, I get an sms from #IM703SA reminding me of what I keep fighting for - what I keep working for and what I am so passionate about. In 1,5 months time I'll be heading back to East London to take on my most favorite 70.3 Ironman race. This is the reminder I needed - that no matter where we were yesterday, today is a whole new opportunity to kick back at whatever is trying to hold us down. #Whynotwednesday ..1st photo in Sept.The last two photos. Today. Im focused.accountable. I decided to eliminate all holiday treats and festive foods. Challenging my self thru the 25th. Then will enjoy a week of treats. Then the new year its countdown too.#Bostonolympictriathlon . Im lifting 4 days a week. January #swimbikerun . No trainer here I make effective nutrition and training programs. Im beautiful in old new photos. Confidence ladies. We all have blemishes, skin rolls regardless. People can judge ask you if your healthy or do you eat. I say. I'm healthy I eat every two hours and drink a gallon of water a day. The way I eat is not a short term diet its long term.
