December is full of food and drink so it is a very hard month for those of us following various plans trying to lose weight. It is not always easy to chose the best option as sometimes there simply isn’t a great amount of healthy choices. Various nights out, shopping days and family time can play havoc with your eating and it seems to get harder and harder the nearer to Christmas and New Year we get. You can only do your best at this time of year and try and be on plan 100% when you can. You will have random lunch dates and night outs during the week and this may result in you getting a gain on the scales at weigh in but imagine how bad those gains could be if you came completely off plan from now until January? 
At the moment I am on plan when I can, there is going to be a lot more β€˜off plan’ meals and nights out that I’m not used to so I’m not being to hard on myself. I need to live my life, something I’ve always said while on my SW journey. I’m not giving in completely though as I could easily put on a stone or more between now and January if I was completely off plan! 
I lost 2lbs yesterday at weigh in and it got me into a new number (a new weight bracket!) which I’m thrilled about. My plan until January is to keep round about this weight that I currently am and then in January I’ll be completely going for it as I want to be at target next year!

Opted for a toastie instead of HIFI bars for my healthy extra B choice. With ham and a Asda light cheese slice (2) which are awful 😫 and followed up with this yoghurt.... which I also was not a big fan of. Smells like coffee and I HATE coffee 😭 luckily only bought the one πŸ˜‚

Not ate much as I’ve been attempting to get my house back in order πŸ˜‚ Apple, scrambled egg & beans for breakfast and then our fave dinner in the house chicken fajitas! 2.5 syns for half a packet of fajita seasoning. Cheese (Hex A), WW Wrap (Hex B) + 2 extra @ 5.5 syns each. 13.5 syns for the day! Going to snack on fruit while watching I’m A Celeb 😁

So I’ve went a wee bit off the rails this week, really did try to be good but I have 1 week until my final essay of my postgrad is due and until that’s handed in I can’t really focus on Slimming World πŸ™ƒ still going to go to class on Saturday because I don’t want to shy away from it. Will be good when I can but expect limited posts over the next week until I’ve got it all complete. Sometimes life takes priority πŸ‘πŸΌ

So an example of what I’ve been faced with today! So many treats... that empty tray had mini scones with cream and jam. I had to eat everything! Lunch was fajita style and chips. I also had lots of fruit! Definitely ruined this week with the past few days but the food has been amazing πŸ˜‚

Slightly hungover today but trying to stay on plan 100% until weigh day on Saturday πŸ‘πŸΌ still going to give myself 15 syns a day and just counting last night as a treat πŸ˜ƒ never got up until lunch time, so first meal was a chicken subway salad, counting cheese as my Hex A and 1.5 syns for the sweet onion sauce. Plus some oven baked crisps at 5.5 syns πŸ‘πŸΌ
