Another early dinner before my 3rd and final Clubbercise class of the week.
2x Linda McCartney red onion & rosemary sausages (free), potato (mashed in a little of the water it was boiled in) with carrots (speed free). Also got 20g Cathedral City Light cheese as the remainder of my HExA. I made up a gravy with oxo/smash and added onion to it for extra speed (not pictured)
Early dinner again for me as got my 2nd Clubbercise class of the week tonight.
Homemade chips, baked beans and 20g Cathedral City Light Cheese (remainder HExA) served with speedy salad with chilli flakes sprinkled on top 😘👌🏼
Breakfast this morning is pretty much the same as yesterday, such a creature of habit.
1/4 tub of Alpro Soya with Almond (1/2 syn) with strawberries and raspberries (both speed free). Also got a skinny coffee with Alpro Soya chocolate milk (part of HExA allowance)
