Breakfast. Doesn’t look too pleasant but was really good. Need new ideas for when I want to save my hex b! Bacon with fat cut off, 2 fried eggs done in fry light and mushrooms.
Breakfast of scrambled egg vegetarian sausage mushrooms and tomatoes, 15 g of cheddar cheese hex a, tomato purée,1 orange and a cup of decaf tea. 🍊2 syns
Cheat day was had yesterday. Now it’s back to an on plan day today. I haven’t planned any meals but we’ll see what happens. 😁
