Day 28, 4 whole weeks dedicated to being 100% on plan... and 1 whole stone lost!!! it's funny what you can do when you set your mind to it...! .
I don't think I've ever committed myself this much before. There's something about this time that feels a bit different. .
This time I WANT IT. I want it more than ever before I think?! And this time I'm going to do it!!! Next year we want to start trying for a family, and I want to be in the best shape I can be, and be a good role model for any future children we may have. Wow.. it's there in black and white now... that's what I'm aiming for a happier healthier me! .
