🍅 Dinner 🍴
Sorry I’ve been absent today, I’ve had a day off but I’ve been up since 7 saw my Godson as he’s finally 3 today. Went to see my friend and her gorgeous new born, had my nails done and got a new job which means I can save a hell of a lot more and also means no more commute, so I’m a very happy chappy! Tomorrow I’m off to London after work to see my better half finally 😬. My posts may be quiet but I will try and post what I can!

Back to dinner, salad, slimming world lasagne (5 syns) and chips (not sure on syns probably 5 too?)! I’ve only had 3 other syns today and haven’t snacked af all 😀

Think I’m going to make a crustless quiche for lunch tomorrow as they’re so light and perfect for weigh day when I’m extremely bloated this week ⭐️

So I stuck to my word and went to the gym Friday, Sunday and today, which I’m really enjoying. Love working up a sweat, however I’ve realised how stupidly unfit I am!

I’ve not been 100% on plan (shock) because I didn’t plan enough this weekend and I know I’m going to be gaining muscle so it’s unlikely I will lose this week or next (maybe if I’m lucky!). Also spent the day helping my gorgeous god son celebrate his 3rd birthday, we ate cake and watched Santa Claus turn on the Christmas lights 😬❤️
So I knew if I got a jacket with beans for lunch that I’d have a big sugary slump mid-afternoon so I went to the shop and got sushi, ham yoghurt and fruit! That way I could eat for most of the afternoon! 🐷🐷🐷
