They've been making the best Tassie cider for years, now @williesmithscider have turned their hand to Apple Brandy. In April of 2016 they went and installed Australia's first alembic copper still dedicated to Apple Brandy, and @charlesoatesdistilling was born.
This Apple Blanco is a clean & pure expression of the apples from which it came. The fruit is gently fermented, then double distilled in small batches to capture the essence of the crisp and aromatic apples. A fine-bodied white spirit displaying lifted florals & apple. Amazing to sip on, and makes a killer Martini.
