SAUSAGE FEST 🌭🌭🌭🌭 The flour sausage hrrr is the best I've ever tasted, admittedly that was only a week ago in Lisbon✨ Extra char makes that bad boy wonderful, it's is chicken 'n'bits but I thought it was sweet potato ! Except extra char on the black sausage and chorizo was too much here. And I normally love that crispyness but these were taken to far 😬#disappointed#sausage#bbq#portugal

I was fascinated to read their Raw & Activated Granola Range takes 4 days to produce each batch. The nuts & seeds are activated to allow your body to absorb maximum nutrients. It's then blended with superfoods such as Turmeric, Spirulina, Cacao & Beetroot.

speckknödelsuppe - soup with Speck dumplings. They are sick for speck here in the Tyrolean alps and it makes its way into everything, including this soup. Basically bread dumplings laced with crispy bits of speck because you know, everything is better with bacon. This was okay, the broth way too salty for mine. Dumplings excellent though, should have just ordered some on the side.
Hauspfandl - literally "the pan dish of the house". A traditional Tyrolese dish of pork medallions cooked in a skillets with speck and served with green beans and spätzle. Having been accustomed to oversized Bavarian portions of late I initially thought this was a small serving but it was surprisingly hearty and yet also not too stodgy. Most importantly it was delicious.

Finally tried one of Indonesian Restaurant in Sydney that served fancy Indomie Goreng: @kusuka.cafe .

Cake of the month ❣️caramel cake with salted caramel buttercream, and this is second time I draw on buttercream, so much easier now 🙈 always use my fav @edibleartpaint to draw on my cakes, macarons, and cookies 🙏🏻
Food creates memories and this focaccia is special to me. 😋💕@onefordstreet in Balmain. Heard of it? You need to try it. I visited @onefordstreet because the person helming the kitchen is @francesco_s_zarrella who formerly owned Panzerotti in the Sydney CBD and I was a regular, a huge fan of his delicious Italian dishes and one of the first chefs, restaurant owners I got to know since I've had my blog. Follow the chef and it takes me to Balmain now at @onefordstreet and new memories are now created but still conjuring old memories of his deliciously fresh Italian food. This focaccia he made for me tonight is special to me because when Franscesco ran his restaurant in Sydney CBD, he had made me a huge focaccia just before Christmas as I recall to take home as a gift. I took the whole tray back to the office in Barangaroo and had no where to put it so it sat on my desk for the rest of the day until I took it home and people asked "what's that delicious smell"?? 😋😋😋 ... It was the most delicious focaccia with herbs and tomato and now I got eat it again tonight as a starter with prosecco. Your food is still spectacular Francesco and nice to know where and when I need to go and get it! Amazing dinner. Sooo delicious. And also if you go I suggest you take friends with you and go with the banquet because it felt like we got every dish on the menu 😋😋😋😋👌👌👌 I need to come back!
