From the home front are our new Mid Century Modern Danish arm chairs from @collectika in Enmore. After 21 years of service we are replacing our leather chairs and hard to believe, but it has taken two years to find just the right fit for our apartment. For us furniture not only has to be comfortable but has to look great from all angles and that includes the back. We had the covers replaced with a Warwick fabric to match an existing Parker lounge we got from @modanest The little white chair just showing is an Arne Jacobsen “Grand Prix” chair. We got those a few years ago, when in a fit of pique Carol announced that if I didn’t make some chairs soon she was going in to town to buy the most expensive chairs money could buy. A bit of a low blow as I never have time to make my own furniture and of course I am particularly fussy about the quality available. But we love these chairs, use them every day and they are incredibly comfortable and thankfully, they were not that expensive after all. So win win.
