Well, this was all I was able to get on some of my back day. Trying to film and not look like an ass is difficult.
Your back is made up of several different muscles that need to be hit from different angles and tempos. A whole lotta squezzing is incorporated with back excercises as well.
I used a low row dumbell variation, but instead of standing, I used an incline bench in order to take any leg compensation out of the movement. I probably could have brought my elbows in a little more for a better feel.
I also used the Hammer Strength Row machine to isolate the lat muscles and use the heavier weights to flush blood into my back, which will stimulate growth.
I warmed up with pullups, and inverted rows. I totally forgot to do post #cardio ... Oh well.. Feel free to drop some of your back excercises in the comments. We all are trying to get better.
