Tea cup stack.
I had the best night out last night with my bestie at the Foo Fighters concert - pretending we were teenagers again. So I’m afraid tea just isn’t going to cut it this morning. But hey they look pretty #sendcoffee#sendbacon

Day 19: Touch- Tactile stimulation enhances capabilities complimenting any healing journey. Crystals, are a great way to bring in positive energy and increase energy flow.
Gather some of your favorite #crystals and invite them to participate in your practice today. Hold your gem, crystal or rock in your right hand. Begin cleansing breaths. Activate ujjayi breathing by pushing your exhale against the back of your throat. Activate the #healing energy in your right hand. Welcoming any extra energy that is to support your intentions. Feel as the energy transmits through your body. How does this feel? Continue to meditate with several rounds of breathing. Feeling your right hand fill with #energy . Once complete, place your right hand over your #heart and repeat your intentions out loud three time. Feel as you transfer that energy to your heart center. Knowing it is always available for you whenever you need it. You are fierce!
Tip: Rose quartz, Lapis Lazuli, Labradorite and my favorite Amethyst, serve as great stones to aid with intention setting. Rocks aren’t your thing? Grab your favorite blanket or scarf and practice the same meditation. Have fun with your new guides you can feel. .
My first graders are becoming color masters! They love mixing colors and this tactile lesson was a huge success! I used Prang Modeling clay in red, yellow and blue. The students mixed the colors together by squishing, mushing and twisting their clay! (Great for strengthening those little creative hands) 🙌🏼🌈
