Began today's adventure with Sanuki Udon, Kagawa's perfecture speciality!
Had it in Takamatsu where I stayed last night after Naoshima,
By recommendation of my Airbnb host. He said its the best one in town so let's try!
Actually wanted to order 2 of small portions udon but because of miscommunication it became 3 portions! 😅 #bhay
The udon is thicker and each noodle has great homemade flavor and richness.
Can't compare to any udon I've eat before! So here it comes!
3 styles of udon ;
- Hot udon + niku (meat) + raw egg
- Cold udon + inari
- Zaru udon
The chewiness and hardness of each noodle is different for each style. My faves are the cold & hot ones! ❤
Btw the restaurant name is God Hand 😂😂
