What do you do on a beautiful Sunday morning? Of course you go support an event organized by #minion together with @cycology.my x @obikemy x @gocarmy. Cycle and win awesome prizes. Really a first class facility, now you don't have an excuse to skip cycling - rain or shine

But really? Do any of us really have any idea what the heck we're doing?! .
If you were wondering...Not really! But🙋🏼 of course that is my opinion😉 So why the heck do we worry so much what other people think of us? To the point where we believe them or it stops us from doing things, WE WANT, but BELIEVE, others will not agree with?! .
. :::Lets take this picture for example:::
Some may walk by and say what the actual EFF is that weird girl doing? This is just so inappropriate 🤔 while another may say dang, that girl must do yoga. That's a bomb shoulder stand 🤗
So, Why is the first reaction for most to listen to the..."don't take the risks" or "don't show your faults"? NO DAMMIT! Your faults are endearing and your failed circumstances give you character! We all follow our own NORM. Because let be real. There is NO normal! 🖖🏼 so do you baby!
BTW: I got wicked inspired by my Personal Development today, if you can't tell. If your curious about the book I'm reading I'd LOVE to share!
I recently had some awesome new coaches added to my team and new followers so I wanted to share a little of my why. For the last two years, I would say I was having some serious self reflecting moments where I questioned my purpose. Yes I knew all along my goal was to be a mom and be able to be home with her but I also knew I needed and wanted more for myself. My love for health & fitness was always there and to be honest half of the people I followed on my social media were people I told myself I would be one day. I used the social media platform as my motivator.
In May, I was approached by my coach now about becoming a health & fitness coach. I thought right away it was fate especially because I was just going to accept going back to hotels where I knew my heart wasn't there anymore. I became a coach on May 22nd, 2017 and took a flight to the biggest conference my company has on July 13th, 2017 not really knowing anyone. Let's say I didn't even wrap my brain around what I had to do before I was already doing it. I knew two things. 1. I wanted to help others on their health & fitness journey 2. Create a team that loved exactly what I loved. My people if you will. And so that's exactly what I'm doing while still being able to be home as a mom. I'll be the first to tell you it's not easy. I have to thank Peyton for making me amazing at multitasking because that's exactly what my everyday is. I can honestly say I can now juggle probably 15 things at once all while not burning dinner. Impressive right? I know. The moral of this story is take the leap! Take a chance in yourself. I promise you'll be happier. I didn't just find my passion but as you may of saw on my Instagram story, I found my sisters. I swear we all have the same life just in different states and accents 😂. Caitlin is my coach who literally mentors me and guides me and practically tells me when I need to get my shit together. I may of been a lost cause in all of this if it wasn't for her and Sarah is my success partner. We make goals each month and we make sure we meet them each time. We help each other be as successful as we can be.
Follow your heart and your feet will follow ❤️

It's crazy how much you have to love the journey in order to change gears and completely focus on a new career path. Moving from a great town, 10 minutes from the beach to a small town 1 hour away from the beach was definitely a sacrifice.
