Tea of the week is "Gingerbread". This is a rooibos tea blend perfect for the holidays. It's loaded with antioxidants and an amazing relaxation tea. It's also a noncaffinated making it great for kids.

Nothing beats ice cold chocolate mylk shakes when it's hot😅 These bad boys are utterly indulgent with no nasty ingredients and of course dairy free!! Recipe;
3 tbs of raw cocoa powder
1 tbs of maca powder,
1 tsp of vanilla bean paste,
4-5 soft pitted medjool dates
1 1/2 cups of hazelnut milk.
Some ice ( optional )
I topped them with both melted and chunks of dark chocolate😍🍫

I found cherries!😆🍒 Woohoo! So I'm kicking off mine with this delicious black cherry, blueberry and Acai smoothie and chia pudding jar topped with more juicy bloobs!
1 cup of blueberries,
1 cup of black cherries,
1 cup of coconut water
1 tbs of @nutriseeduk Acai powder
Blend until smooth.
1/4 cup of chia seeds ( today I used white chia )
1 cup of coconut milk
1 tbs of coconut cream
1 tsp of vanilla bean paste
1 tsp of maple syrup.
Stir well and allow to soak for at least 8 hours.
Perfect post workout snack! Enjoy💜
