Lately I've really felt like I'm STRUGGLING with my fitness and nutrition. 😬
Feeling like I'm lacking some magical motivation. ⚡️ You can't truly ALWAYS feel motivated; but you can stay true to your commitments by learning to be disciplined. 🙌🏼 Now this take practice, more so for some then others 🙄😜 Today was the first time in a VERY long time where I JUMPED out of bed at 4am and I know it's only one day but WOW I feel like a disciplined badass 👊🏼 Let's see how long I can keep this up!
I'm on to week 2 of my program. My workouts just went from 25mins to 35 mins and I cut my carb intake a bit for this week. 🔥
I'm extremely excited to stay disciplined this week! 🌟💗
