If you wanna eat some avocado, eat the freaking avocado. I promise it won't suddenly make you fat 😅 just LIVE life, enjoy yummy plant based food, don't stress the small things, and be happy ✌🏽️🌞

My food palette, becomes a sharp contrast to summer's more light-weight, willowy free-wheeling food choices... When combinations of windy, sometimes rainy days, tossing and turning with chillin temps, blowing crimson and golden leaves everywhere, conspire and call me into a new direction... :

So... Straight from rich organic soil, juicy, blood red beets are plucked, happy to chat up and loosen up the tightly held Brussels sprout buds and chopped broccoli that are part of this feast. I've been inhaling this brilliantly written book, almost obsessively non-stop for the last few days, not fully understanding why it's resonating so intensely now, of all times in my life.  After years of being overwhelmed (on soooo many levels) by unfulfilling work, relationships, health issues, medications and just general life blahs, the last year has been a total shift... wonderfully adventurous, exciting and inspiring.  I'm ready to step it up!  Researching where to focus next has churned up an enormous pile of convoluted 'expert' advice, leaving me more conflicted and confused, with even more questions.

When my husband and I, cold turkey, went whole food, plant-based, we threw everything in our house away besides our freezer full of meat. 😂 Two weeks ago I started incorporating dog friendly fruits and veggies into my pets diet. Knowing the effects of our food choices on our health and the many misconceptions that the majority of Americans have about their diet choices, I realized that I should start implementing these same changes into the lives of my animals.  For the past two weeks my two dogs have been eating a whole lot of REAL food.  My 13 year old boxer is showing energy level differences and has a desire to eat more which before he was lacking an appetite. In the pictures I show just a couple examples of the types of variety you can add, for very little expensive, that will make a great impact on the lives of the animals you love. I’ve added cooked Yukon gold potatoes, kale, cooked millet, carrots, which is a favorite treat for my puppy, cucumber, and some steak and tilapia just to get rid of the meat in my freezer. For breakfast sometimes I feed them cooked rolled oats with chia seeds(hydrated with the oats while cooking) and a variety of fruits like banana and blueberries. So do some research and start incorporating a variety of fruits and veggies into your pets diet to help reverse or prevent the diseases and extend the life of your loving animal. They’ll enjoy it.❤️

What a way to honor the 
Carrot, sweet potato, beet, yukon potato, parsnip, black radish but to roast those roots in a deep dish with cinnamon, veg stock, water, an OJ squeeze, a tiny bit of maple syrup, salt and pepper to taste... :

☮️🌎Plant Wisdom🍎RBZ : : Feeling grounded now that I'm Back to my Roasted Root-licious! Roots!!! : : What a way to honor the Carrot, sweet potato, beet, yukon potato, parsnip, black radish but to roast those roots in a deep dish with cinnamon, veg stock, water, an OJ squeeze, a tiny bit of maple syrup, salt and pepper to taste... : : a couple of stirs this Sistah gave her earthy roots, adding liquid as needed during the roasting and 35/40 minutes later a blend of flavors heavenly in taste!!! : : Sooooo Autumn heavenly... I might add... that I called my hub up at work late in the day and said, "Dinner is ready... ya better get home quickly or it might be gone by the time you get home!!!" The China study changed my life and quite possibly saved it. I had cancerous cells on my cervix and they wanted to remove a cone shape portion to stop it from spreading. I walked away devastated and frightened, but also determined to find another option. That same day I discovered the China study, cut out meat and dairy and the on my next check up the doctor was amazed. My levels had dropped two points and surgery was no longer needed. The study that convinced me showed high protein intake in excess of the amount needed for growth, promotes cancer. Like flipping a light switch on and off, we control cancer merely by changing levels of protein.
