Got Charlie down for his nap for the other half so I can go off and play netball. 
Iโ€™ve played netball since I was a little girl and really missed playing when I was pregnant being back is brilliant. My first few games I got annoyed at myself because I could tell I wasnโ€™t as fit, wasnโ€™t getting as many interceptions and generally was slower but as each game comes I can feel my old netball self coming back. 
I no the more weight I lose and the more I work out my old netball me will be back sooner rather than later and maybe be back even better than before. 
Some of my best friends I have met threw playing netball and it has had a massive impact on my life. Week one Day 5... Got my five days in this week...Ohhh!
