Not easy posting this.  Honestly didn’t even want to. This is what happens when you fall back into old habits.  About a month of just eating whatever and basically shutting my brain off. I’ve been through this cycle so many times this year.  Sure I’ve gotten stronger but that’s no excuse for the amount I’ve gained.  But today was day one. Went back in the gym and kept my meals clean and tracked.  I don’t want to return to my old way of life. I’m practically in tears seeing this number again. I don’t want to be this guy anymore.  I need to get back to living that healthy lifestyle.  I feel terrible at this weight. Maybe it’s just what I needed to finally wake up and just get it done.  Day one done tho. •

#flexfriday started with a REP PR!!! 225 lbs x 10 reps Last year at this time i was struggling with 225 for 1 rep. So all the work is paying off little by little. Big thanks to everyone who has helped me get here with my horrible bench!!! @overweight2great @mr_lolley still needs lots of work but definitely feeling more controlled and smooth!!! All i can say is trust the process and continue to put in the work!!! Hope everyone has a blessed weekend and lets keep putting in the work!!!

#flexfriday  started with a REP PR!!! 225 lbs x 10 reps Last year at this time i was struggling with 225 for 1 rep. So all the work is paying off little by little. Big thanks to everyone who has helped me get here with my horrible bench!!! @overweight2great @mr_lolley still needs lots of work but definitely feeling more controlled and smooth!!!
