The Partner Russian Twist
Anne + Janice from our #SunriseSweatSeries on Wednesday's @ 6-7am performing the Partner Russian Twist! A fun way to work together and really fire up the core 🔥 .
1. Sit with your backs to one another leaving a bit of space to lean back. Your upper backs should make contact creating a natural V-shape with your thighs.
2. Plant feet on the floor with a bend at the knees.
3. Holding the medicine ball, twist your torso to the right side while you exhale.
4. Hold the contraction for a second as you pass the ball off your partner.
5. Now move to the opposite side performing the same technique as the right side, and taking the medicine ball back from your partner.
6. Repeat for set amount of repetitions

Day 8 - 8 week challenge.
Meet Rahul Shah. One of our newest members and string contingent of the 8 week challenge. Here is what he has to say: “I am taking up the 8 week challenge to lose a lot weight and end goal is to get in proper shape. I have been to a lot of gyms but the way workout is is designed at F45 is just amazing. Once you start your workout here the next 45 mins is just hardcore. The trainers keep you motivated throughout the workout. 8 week challenge at F45 gives you all the guidance needed including diet plans. I hope to get positive results by the end of the challenge”

Lunch food prep...2second ✔️ The food prep police will tell you if it’s not home made and in a Tupperware it’s not healthy. Well I disagree, sometimes you are better to grab a healthy meal on the go like this one rather than making a less healthy choice in a rush at home (my go to-couple of pieces of toast! Yummy but not really ideal for health and fitness if it’s an every day 😝) so my ‘prep’ this week was remembering to go to the shop and pick up some essentials, including some prepped salads so that I only have to add some extra protein.
How you prepare to eat health if up to you ✔️ sometimes I cook/Tupperware/freeze. ✔️sometimes I buy a decent meal on the go ✔️sometimes I use a food prep service ( @hakuna_foods I am super excited to get back to it!) Main take away, it your life and your routine isn’t the same as everyone else’s so experiment and see what works for you and if it stops working...try something new. That’s literally “flexible dieting” being able to be flexible with how you eat!
