➡Being able to have a shot with which you feel comfortable in all situations, is not easy, so it is very important that you know how to position your body and, in this way, become a great shooter.
🔘☞In the image on the left you can see how there is no alignment, which will make the shot very difficult to control.
🔘☞in the image on the right there is an excess of alignment, causing your shot to be very robotic and difficult to execute in uncomfortable situations.
🔘☞Finally, the image of the center (BALANCE POSITION), which will allow you to have great stability and build a great mechanics for any situation.

After intervening with some wall based drills and resisted drills (technical focus) in conjunction with a skill acquisition component we have seen some vast improvements in Fletchers 5-10m accel 👏🏼
Big emphasis on mobility, mechanics, GCT, and rate of force development (plyos) in this first explosive speed/power block.
