ok so i get a TON of messages/comments asking about my fitness routine and also what i eat, etc. i don’t always have time to reply so i said i’d make a post about it. if you bbies are interested this will just be a brief overview.
so really i work out 4 days a week, how my schedule allows. i do an upper body day, and lower body day (and abs) the next day. i rest two days and repeat my workouts on saturday and sunday; then start over tuesday. as far as actual workouts, i superset push/pull movements for each muscle group. so back/chest, shoulders, and biceps/triceps for upper. then for lower i do squats, deadlifts, calves, and some other move for quads. when i do cardio, it is HIIT cardio on a resistance bike. (google hiit if you are interested.) for my diet i really just eat a balanced vegan diet and that has been the most pivotal change for me. meal prepping helps me stay consistent and healthy as well. mainly i just eat enough throughout the day and in my meals to make sure i feel fulfilled. ultimately it just came down to finding what worked for ME and MY body, and showing my body love no matter what form it was in. not comparing myself to others was one of the best things i’ve started to do. i included a couple pics of what i eat for y’all too. if you have any more specific questions, comment below and i’ll answer!! i just didn’t wanna make this post too long and boring lol
I got people asking about my gym routine so I thought I'd make a post about it so everyone can see! The picture on the left was taken pre HRT AND Top Surgery, plus I was the heaviest I had ever been. After starting Testosterone I actually started losing a bit of weight. I know some guys gain weight when starting HRT but for some reason it was the opposite for me. I was also working out but not regularly and I definitely didn't have a routine. It wasn't until after top surgery that I actually started going to the gym and getting out of my comfort zone. I've been going to the gym consistently for a little over a year now with my partner @beessbliss ♥️ When I first started going to the gym I had all these goals and maybe unrealistic expectations. I would get discouraged if I wasn't making noticeable progress and would look at all the "buff" guys in the gym and on IG wondering why my body wasn't changing quick enough. Through a lot of self reflection and learning, especially from Blaise, I now am at peace with my body and mind. I don't feel the need to compare myself to others, because I know everyone is different and I really was only causing myself harm, not encouragement or "motivation". Like I said in my previous post, staying off of Instagram for a while helped me with this a lot because I stopped comparing myself to what I saw on IG. .
SO! Here is my current gym routine:
I go to the gym 5 days a week - the first thing I do is cardio for 35-40min or burning at least 500 calories (the amount of time depends what I do for cardio) We like doing cardio first because it gets our blood pumping and sweat going and just sets up our workout afterwards nicely • Mon, Wed, Fri, I have focusing on my Arms & Shoulders • Tues & Thurs I focus on my Chest, Back and work on my Legs a little bit • I don't have a set routine of specific movements I do, I just do what gets me sore and switch it up regularly so that I don't get stuck doing the same workouts all the time. I will put together some specific workouts for you guys so be on lookout for that 😉

It's okay sometimes if someone call me their little princess - at the same time I get frustraded when a stranger misgenders me. I can feel just fine to be seen as a man with a pussy at the same time it can be hurtful to be seen as a man without a dick.
