Although the northern regions of Alaska and Canada are thought to support a healthy number of wolverines, they are still extremely difficult to photograph. This shot, taken in Northern Yukon was from a camera station set up near a caribou carcass. Yukon's wolverine population is currently estimated at a little over 5 individuals per 1000 square kilometers.

When I was a newbie in the game I used to hit the gym and think that all I needed to do was eat big and lift hard. I was a "hard gainer" and was told to "just eat" by more than a few guys sitting at your local GNC or supplement shop. After years of bumps in the road which was really just my lack of education, I began to stop listening to people that I really didn't want to look like or be like in the first place. I decided to start hitting the books hard and went to college. After a few months in college (lol) I started to notice the same trend if you will, from most of my nutrition and weight training professors/instructors. Some would have basic knowledge but that's where it would stop. I came to find out that the ones who are living, breathing, 💩'n fitness are the ones who had ALL the answers. The ones who looked great and studied Arnold... The guy who has killed quads who's read all of Platz's writings... The man with the killer biceps who followed Lou Ferrigno's protocol. These were light bulb switches for me and I went to town. I started reading information on anyone who I wanted to look like. Schwarzenegger was my favorite. I studied his programs like crazy night & day. As a fresh 22 year old just starting out, let me tell you, it was not easy to follow Arnold's regimen! They say most of his training partners couldn't hang with him and they often lost their breakfast Lol...I could go on and on about this but it's time to eat.
I'm not here to tell you that you have to follow Uncle Arnie's plan, although, I am telling you that you have to have a plan. I'll leave you with this quote, "Fail to have a Plan - Fail to Succeed."
