I got my thigh tattoos done years ago and by far they’re two of my favorite pieces (I’ve got a lot of tatts!)
The one on the left is of three roses, knitting needles, sewing scissors, a microphone and the lyrics “until the twelfth of never, I’ll still be loving you”. The roses symbolize myself, my nan and my pa and the roses we had in my house growing up. The needles and sewing scissors represent my nan, my most favorite creator and crafter. The microphone symbolizes my pa, who taught me to love and embrace music. The lyrics are from their favorite song, The Twelfth Of Never
The right piece is an owl holding a lantern with a lighthouse. The owl represents wisdom and clarity because what it’s holding is precious and a moment that (since) has made me grow. You see, I met Gwen at Byron Bay and we had our first conversation at a lighthouse. The owl is holding this moment in time because it changed my life. I got this tattoo so I’d always be reminded of that event.
Shout outs to @converse and @converse_anz for these shoes btw, I 💕 them so much
Hello! ♥️ I can see some of you are new here so, I thought I’d be fun to share some fun facts about myself! ⠀⠀ 1. I’ve never had braces. 😆(but don’t worry I was still extremely awkward in middle school.) 2. My eyes really are that blue. I used to get asked all the time if I had colored contacts.
3. I legit ran around with a uni-brow & mullet for the first 5 years of my life. Uni-brow hung around until middle school. 🤦🏻♀️
4. I have a twin sister & there are 4 daughters total in my family. So yes, it was pure chaos growing up, but I wouldn’t of had it any other way.
5. I listen to NPR all the time for a couple reasons. Firstly, I love keeping up with current events. And secondly, I’m turning into my mother, which isn’t the worst thing because she’s pretty close to Mother Theresa.
6. I was born in Lexington, KY but then moved to Canyon, Texas when I was 9. I currently live in Milliken, Colorado. ⛰
7. I grew up riding horses. As in, I was on the back of a horse before I could even walk. I rode my horse to prom Junior year of high school. 🤘🏼 8. I love sour candy. So. So much. -
I think 8 fun facts is good for right now, but I’ll try to do more in the future! My Instagram may seem like a hodgepodge to some, but it’s who I am & what I really enjoy to do. 💁🏻♀️
LOVERS! TGIF 🤙🏼
What’ve you got planned for this weekend of summertime happiness?
I plan on getting through the next book I’m reading, Open Wide by Melissa Ambrosini. I haven’t read any of her material and am interested to have my own perspective and opinion cause there’s a tonne if hype out there. Have you read it? Thoughts 💭 ?
Outside of that I’m also gonna be focusing on stretches for my back because it seems to be playing up today, which means I need to give it some TLC
I’ve got three client sessions today and then none for the weekend (for the first time in 8 months!) so I think this weekend I’ll be focusing on some ME things ✨
What do you have planned? TELL ME BELOW ⬇️

Finally 🎊🙆🏽♀️🎉 If you've been following me in 2017, you might be asking yourself wtf is going on on my feed.
Well, I took the first days of this new year to reflect and find answers to my burning questions. It was time to correct my course entirely as some things just didn't feel right.
And it was time to make an important decision. My word for this year is TRUE. Being true to myself. Not compromising my true nature, wellbeing or abilities. This also means stepping out of my spiritual closet and be open with my psychic abilities.
So, you probably will also see posts about spiritual tools and stuff. I totally understand if you don't want any woo woo stuff in your feed and unfollow me. No hard feelings.
Everyone who decides to stick around: I'm so happy to have you!
Let's have the best year ever! 💪🏽🙏🏽 PS: These #oraclecards came earlier this year and I love them. #keepersofthelight

I joke around about this girl and her “I know what I want and I will get it” attitude, but as I’m working on growing and bettering myself (for me and for her), I’m like - damn this girl is onto something👌🙌
She just listens to herself and goes for it. No overthinking. No fear. No judgement. She just goes and goes all in.
Something I was learning this morning during my new (and much needed) morning practice (check my ig stories @tatianaamico) is to trust the “nudges”. They are guiding us, and when we know THAT, we can trust. .
When we’re open, willing to learn and see things differently, and be guided, we create room for magical shit to happen!
For so long I just followed the crowd and what I was supposed to do vs listening to what was inside of me. .
I also didn’t think to even look to others for guidance or the possibilities of having someone to help me. Becoming coachable and having gratitude that there were actually people out there that wanted to help me, has taken my life to a whole other level...that I would not reach on my own!
I saw this definition this morning and had all the feels! .
“Coachable: being grateful that someone cares enough about you to push you to improve beyond where you would get on your own.” - Lindsey Wilson
Thank you to all the coaches out there, and thank you to all you women that realize the power of being coachable! You’re the reason we coaches do and love what we do😘
