Just put this one to the oven and it will be there for the next 12 hours. Thers 500g pork and 500g beef, two big onions, carlic, carrots, picles and mushrooms and of course salt, pepper, chili and soy sauce and half litre water and one small lager. Really waiting to get to taste this one tomorrow. (Left the bacon out this time, hope i wont regret it) post a picture of the result tomorrow.

Now you probably all wonder if I get lunch on Lunch Box days like everyone else.. I don't mean to be a guts.. but truth is, I make myself a large salad every time and occasionally enough for dinner as well.. ohh and a vegan ploughmans.. and usually get a vegan muffin left over if I have vegans ordering that day.
