➕➕INGREDIENTS
For the Muffins:
3/4 cup Canned Pumpkin
1/2 cup Mashed Banana
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Oil
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Quick Oats
1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

For the Streusel:
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Quick Oats
2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
1/4 cup Chopped Pecans
1/4 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 tablespoons Butter, Melted

For the Glaze:
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons Water
.
⏩⏩Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick baking spray.
Mix together the pumpkin, banana, milk, oil, and sugar until creamy.
Stir together the flour, oats, pecan chips, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and pumpkin pie spice. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture.
Spoon the batter evenly into 14 greased muffin cavities. Set aside.
Mix together all the streusel ingredients and stir until it resembles wet sand. Spoon the streusel evenly on top of the muffin batter. Bake for 16-18 minutes.
Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes, and then gently remove and place on a wire rack to cool completely.
Stir together the powdered sugar and water and drizzle over the tops of the cooled muffins. Let the glaze set before storing in a tightly sealed container.

We bought my son an alarm clock off Amazon and it couldn't come soon enough! So tired of waking up at 5 AM and having a cranky toddler on hand 😣 Praying an alarm clock will keep him in bed for another hour.

#recipe 👇 ➕➕INGREDIENTS
1 cup chia pudding
1/2 cup mango cream
1/2 cup soy yoghurt
2 handsful of frozen raspberries
Quarter banana in coins
Edible flowers 
Pinch of pitaya powder . ⏩⏩Instructions
Chia pudding;
Mix one cup of @alpro unsweetened soy drink with 3 heaping tbsp of chia seeds and 1tsp pitaya powder. Set aside. After 5 minutes stirr well and set aside. Repeat the stir thing every other 5 minutes, 3 times in total. Set the pudding aside until it has a jelly like substance. .
Mango cream; 
Mix two handsful of ripe mango cubes until very smooth and creamy. .
Bowl;

As mentioned before I've been really busy working on some delicious pumpkin recipes for you - like this pumpkin hummus right here! 💛 Have you guys arrived in #pumpkineverything land yet? 😊 I seriously can't get enough of these delicious little creatures - hokkaido, butternut, spaghetti squash -  which ones are your favorites? I'm a big fan of hokkaido (some of you may know them as kuri squash) since they grow in our family garden and you don't have to peel them. I usually bake them with no oil or spices, then blend them and keep the pumpkin puree in the fridge/freezer for baking, breakfast bowls, pasta sauce or dips like this hummus. So here we go:

Recipe: approx. 250g cooked chickpeas (rinsed & drained), 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, 1 crushed garlic clove, 2 tbsp tahini, 1/2 tsp miso salt flakes, 1/2 tsp of your favourite curry powder, 2 tbsp pumpkin seed oil --> blend chickpeas, pumpkin puree & garlic until smooth. Then add remaining ingredients and combine.

I served mine on pumpkin seed bread drizzled with more organic pumpkin seed oil, sprinkled with dried barberries and fresh coriander. Soooo good... In case you're not big on curry use another spice mix you like - I highly recommend ras el hanout, baharat or za'atar.

As mentioned before I've been really busy working on some delicious pumpkin recipes for you - like this pumpkin hummus right here! 💛 Have you guys arrived in #pumpkineverything  land yet? 😊 I seriously can't get enough of these delicious little creatures - hokkaido, butternut, spaghetti squash - which ones are your favorites? I'm a big fan of hokkaido (some of you may know them as kuri squash) since they grow in our family garden and you don't have to peel them. I usually bake them with no oil or spices, then blend them and keep the pumpkin puree in the fridge/freezer for baking, breakfast bowls, pasta sauce or dips like this hummus. So here we go: Recipe: approx. 250g cooked chickpeas (rinsed & drained), 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, 1 crushed garlic clove, 2 tbsp tahini, 1/2 tsp miso salt flakes, 1/2 tsp of your favourite curry powder, 2 tbsp pumpkin seed oil --> blend chickpeas, pumpkin puree & garlic until smooth. Then add remaining ingredients and combine. I served mine on pumpkin seed bread drizzled with more organic pumpkin seed oil, sprinkled with dried barberries and fresh coriander. Soooo good... In case you're not big on curry use another spice mix you like - I highly recommend ras el hanout, baharat or za'atar. ➕➕INGREDIENTS
Serves: 12
180g ground almonds
1 1/2 cups
12 medjool dates, 1 cup
1 tablespoon chia seeds
3 tablespoons almond milk
Handful of dark chocolate chips or raisins, about 40g

⏩⏩Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180c, fan setting.
Simply place all of your ingredients (apart from your dark chocolate chips or raisins) in a food processor and whizz until it forms a cookie dough. Once mixed, add your dark chocolate chips or raisins and give it another very quick whizz to mix it all together.
Use a tablespoon to take a scoop of the mixture out one at a time, rolling them into balls and placing them on a lined baking sheet. Once you have about 12 round balls, squish them down to form cookie shapes.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden. Enjoy!

➕➕INGREDIENTS
Makes about 6-8 small pancakes of each flavor
BANANA CHOCOLATE PANCAKES
¾ Cup Gluten-free flour (I use Bob Red Mills 1-2-1 baking flour)
2 scoops chocolate greens from Botanica
1 tsp coconut sugar
pinch of sea salt
1.5 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup almond milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp olive oil

BANANA PANCAKES
¾ Cup Gluten-free flour (I use Bob Red Mills 1-2-1 baking flour)
2 mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp coconut sugar
pinch of sea salt
1.5 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup almond milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp olive oil
Coconut oil for the frying pan

PITAYA MAPLE SYRUP
¼ cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp pink dragonfruit powder
.
⏩⏩Instructions
Heat a large frying pan to medium heat and add coconut oil
In a medium size bowl add flour, coconut sugar, sea salt, baking powder and chocolate greens for the chocolate pancakes. Mix well.
Then add eggs, olive oil and milk and mix well and using a table spoon pour batter into the frying pan in small amounts to make the pancakes. Flip them when bubbles rise
In a second bowl for the banana pancakes add flour, coconut sugar, sea salt, baking powder and mix well.
Then add the banana, almond milk, eggs and olive oil and whisk well.
Once all the chocolate pancakes are cooked add banana mixture to the pan and flip pancakes when bubbles rise.
Layer a chocolate and then banana pancake and drizzle with pitaya maple syrup and fruit and enjoy!

8 carrots peeled and chopped 
5 celery stalks, peeled and chopped
12 small russet potatoes chopped 
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tbl Dijon mustard

2 bay leaves 
1/4 tsp sea salt + pepper

Dump everything in the pot! Cook on high for about 2 hours until chicken is cooked. Take out, shred, put back. Turn to low. Add....

➕➕INGREDIENTS
Base
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup puffed rice
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup mashed banana 
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
1/4 cup nut butter
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla
Jam
1 cup frozen berries of choice, i used raspberries and strawberries
1 tbsp rice malt syrup
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
2-3 tbsp natural peanut butter, or almond butter

Topping
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp water

⏩⏩Instructions
Preheat oven to 180C
Combine the oats, puffed rice, and baking soda in a large bowl. Mash the banana in a bowl until completely smooth, stir in the rice malt, peanut butter, coconut oil and vanilla until combined. OR, in a blender add the mashed banana, rice malt syrup, peanut butter, coconut oil, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
Pour over the wet ingredients and mix very well until fully combined. Pour into a lined, square slice tin and spread evenly. Pressing down the best you can. Bake for 15 minutes. While it bakes, prepare the topping.
Defrost the berries in a sauce pan, mix in the rice malt syrup and chia seeds. Set aside. Mix together the oats, coconut oil, coconut sugar and water. Set aside
Once your base is baked, spread the jam evenly over it. Drizzle over the peanut butter. Sprinkle over the crumb topping and press down lightly. Return the slice to the over for a further 15-18 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing unless you want it warm, gooey and a little bit deliciously messy. Enjoy!

Also, I didn't have avocado on hand. 😭😭 So I made a last-minute decision to tip my chili with @number1sons rosetido kraut. And I'm so glad I did. 😻😻

I made a batch of @wholeheartedeats delicious, double chocolate raw macaroons ⚡️⚡️I subbed in some leftover ground hazelnuts for half of the desiccated coconut, and added some @eatingevolved dark chocolate into the mix. So I guess you could say these are triple chocolate now 😉🍫✨Thank you for this genius recipe, Sophie! 💛

I'm going to be very honest and admit that I simply forgot to share this CROCKPOT CINNAMON ROLL BERRY COBBLER (!!) recipe with you back in August. But it's here now (link in @savorynothings profile!) and it's delicious and did you know there's some fresh berries still available in September? I know, gasp, but you could actually make this with apples and frozen blackberries for a more fallerized version, too! Also, ate this entire batch by myself. Still not sorry. Pants still fit, after all 🤣
