Really trying to figure this out...so over he last 6-8 weeks I have not squatted one time due to a bad ankle. over the last 6 months I have not squatted over 315 pounds due to a bad back/hip from the 2017 Crossfit open.
2 weeks ago, I have a client with lower back pain so I started thinking of things he could do. I remember working with Donnie Thompson and his lower back protocols and body tempering.
I utilized a 70 pound DIY stepson on him, I had a little time to do work on myself.
After this, I hit a one-rep, barefoot #365 back squat and #110 DB bench press with no belt.
