#Disneyland officially cancels all 2018 #runDisney races, including #StarWarsHalf and #TinkHalf marathon weekends. After months of rumors and postponing registration for 2018 races at Disneyland Resort, runDisney finally has given an answer to end the speculation. While the official reason to cancel all Disneyland/California races is due to “construction” (for a new “Star Wars” land, new hotel and parking structure and re-vamping Paradise Pier into Pixar Pier) at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, one can also assume recent riffs and disagreements between Disneyland Resort and the Anaheim City Council regarding financial agreements, tax breaks, logistical and political matters are also contributing factors to “place all runDisney race weekends at Disneyland Resort on hiatus beginning in 2018.” The next runDisney event at Disneyland Resort — Super Heroes Half Marathon Weekend from Nov. 9-12, 2017 — will still take place as scheduled and will also likely be the last runDisney race weekend at Disneyland Resort for the foreseeable future. This Marvel/Avengers-themed race weekend will include a 5K, 10K, half marathon and kids races.
With this official announcement, Disneyland Resort’s previously scheduled Star Wars Half Marathon Weekend — The Light Side from Jan. 11-14, 2018 has been cancelled, as well as the 2018 Tinkerbell Half Marathon Weekend and all other 2018 runDisney races in Anaheim, Calif. runDisney stated it will issue refunds to the estimated 2,000 runners who took part in early-registration for the 2018 Star Wars Half Marathon — The Light Side weekend of races.
This also means runDisney’s various “Coast to Coast” challenge-medal programs will also be postponed for 2018. However, runDisney races at Walt Disney World in Florida and Disneyland Paris will continue to take place as scheduled. #disneylandresort#disneycaliforniaadventure#starwars#marathon#marathonmedals#waltdisneyworld#disneyworld#anaheim#disney#amusementpark#themepark#avengershalf#disneymarathon

Why must you make changes to this? 😡The bone-in full chop was way better and easier to eat. I will say the pesto and the chips were delicious as usual and the lamb had good flavor, but I miss the convenience of eating it off of the long bone.
Will you have some tea with us at Minnie Mouse's House?!?! As the pumpkins come out and the costumes come on, I'm pausing to be thankful for an amazing summer and year so far!!! One of the most memorable events of the summer was going to Disneyland with these two cuties. :)
Dang it! Now I want to go to Disneyland! Maybe that will be my reward for finding a paid job or booking a paid acting gig? ;) 🌸

Spent ace evening filming @taytopark @IrelandAMTV3 A #Halloween spooky special for next Tues morn. Rollercoasters, birds of prey & the Morbid Manor. Physically hoarse from screaming. My two worst nightmares; theme parks & horror houses rolled into one. Such a wuss! 😝👻😈🤡☻
One of the things that makes Efteling so special is the world they’ve created. The entire park has a slight medieval feel about it - it’s definitely one of a kind!
Furthermore, storytelling is truly at the heart of the park (more on this further down the feed!). Every ride or attraction has a story you are immersed in as you queue up and once you’re on the ride itself.
As a British visitor (who doesn’t speak a word of Dutch), the shows and some of the attraction’s story pre-ambles were a little lost on us at times, but you get the gist.
And for the park’s main daily show ‘Ravelijn’ (complete with jousting and a fire breathing monster - yes, really), you can actually pick up English speaking headsets upon entry anyway.👍🏻
