I'm sure if my kids ever decide to write a book of memoirs about this time in their life, it'd probably go something like "On the Road Again: How I spent my childhood in a car seat begging for more snacks while my parents were determined to show us the world" #2017hot100#100daysoftingsonsummer
Becoming a big sister is an exhausting adjustment! 😂😍⠀
Both kids have been doing SO well with their new baby brother, and every time they ask to love him my heart just about bursts. If you ask Eli, he'll tell you it's his job to hold baby Isaiah, and that "Baby Isaiah is SO cute!".⠀
Abby was initially unsure of the whole situation, but yesterday she booped him on the nose (a sure sign of affection in this family), and offered him the balloon string she was chewing on. Her most asked question is "baby sleeping?", because it's true most of the time. 😂 I can only take all these as good signs of acceptance into our tribe on her part!⠀
I have to say, watching your babies love each other is one of the greatest joys I have ever experienced. Right up there with watching your spouse kill this fatherhood thing. So, so thankful for this awesome crew of mine. 💗💙💗💙😍
This week I have been reflecting on the photos I have been able to capture this year. Without a doubt, my absolute favorites are of young children. The joy, adoration, faith, and wonder revealed upon their precious faces is such a sweet gift. As I look at each one of these photos I am reminded of the stories they tell, what a blessing each smile is, and the laughter we shared during our time together. This first photo is from the very first photo session I ever did with "strangers". From the moment they arrived on location, Brinley stole the show with her giggles and and excitement for life. This photo is one of my very favorites because it reminds me of not only the laughter and silliness we shared while hanging out at the park, but also, that strangers are just friends we haven't yet met. I am so awed by the way God brings His children together and builds connections. I am so thankful for each of these tiny humans and I hope you enjoy all of their smiles as much as I do!
What an honour it has been these past few days having a feed filled with incredible images filled with light, shadow, heart and soul. I have never felt more inspired to pick up my camera and follow the light or document my own children's every move.
Today I bring to you four artist who have caught my eye whilst I have been guest mod for #thenarrativesociety . They are trully inspiring for the way they see the world.

It's the weekend, lovers!
I'm kicking off my Saturday with an early morning shoot at the beach! Crossing my fingers for clear skies (though I would NOT be complaining if we were blessed with a fog - the one we woke up to this morning was ahhhmazing!) Turn it on for us, Geelong!
What are you up to this weekend? x
'When sister claims baby as her own'
And dont we feel it. A simplistic image with one all mighty connection. The baby is pretty darn cute too.
@becciraveraphotography I adore your sweet capture. I adore the tones, the line, the shadows and most of all I adore the sweet little protective hand over the babes head.
Thank you for sharing with us.

I'm excited to announce that tomorrow I'll be renaming babeur4 to blinckphotography. I've been wanting to change my name for a while and I feel like now is the best time to do so. I recently started a photography business where I offer lifestyle family and newborn sessions. Similar to the pictures of my kids featured here. Checkout my site www.blinckphoto.com .
I'm also starting a blog, that's a brand new world for me so we'll see how it goes. The content of my IG account will mostly stay the same, it will still feature my kids as they are my favorite subject (and my most available one). I'll also include occasional pictures from photoshoots and links to my blog posts that I plan on writing every week or so. My blog will be a mix between client photoshoots and a guide of little adventures you can have with your kids in and around Philly based on what we do as a family ourselves (link to my first blog post in bio). I'm really excited about this new endeavor although it's scary too. Wish me luck!
If you are about to have a baby or know someone who is or want a family session with your wild toddler or older child, don't hesitate to get in touch.
