Summer where’ve you been...
Can you relate to the feeling that it is so much easier to motivate yourself when the sun is shining? I totally run on sun and no matter if it’s cold or warm outside as long as a ray of sunshine touches the ground I am happy and much keener on keeping the work up! It feels a lot harder to work on something when it’s dark and cloudy outside to me, but still...that’s when you got to dig deep! And no matter how many mistakes you make or how slow your progress is, always remember that you are still way ahead of everyone who isn’t trying.

17ème du championnat de France de Cyclo cross u23, résultat qui reflète ma saison : très moyen. Tuesday - 175kg McDonald Bar Bench, 5kg PB.
Friday - 190kg Flat Bar
I did 3 sessions a week for 4 weeks on this U bar, was hoping to hit 180kg but opted to stay at a comfy 175 seeing my pecs feel wrecked from it.
3 days later I figured Id work to a comfy single on a flat bar seeing as it had been so long, i felt like i was doing half the rep hahaha
Its only 190kg which isnt a PB but I guess if you want to get particular its a "self handled, no spotter, green bench PB" the only times I've hit 190 has been on a comp bench which is significantly better to bench on with a hand out.
I feel I could of went 195, and maybe on a comp bench 200/202.5 to match PB which is great without a peak. Seems the U bar may be helping.
