It's carbs on carbs on carbs over here and I haven't been holding back so, to counteract the pizza, pasta and Peroni's, I've been exercising daily.
I got myself down to the beach early and found the only bit of sunlight for a full body workout. 30 seconds working with a 30 second rest, for 4 rounds. Now where are those calzones at!? 🍕

I miss not having to adult so much, being able to travel and enjoy what the world has to offer when I'm not incredibly busy. Life can get you so caught up that you forget to enjoy the beauty. As I try to unwind before my last exam, I find myself missing my time in Spain and England. Whoever said to travel while you can was right. You learn so much of what's outside of your front door when you go and travel the world, so open up the numerous possibilities to learn and enjoy life.

I didn't have access to a gym today. Instead I had a football stadium that was currently being used for a tiny tots flag football game. But I made it work! Walking, jogging, banded squats, banded glute kickbacks, step ups, running the stairs....I did everything I could think of to get a leg workout. 💥Shoulder pain?💥Strengthen those suckers supporting the shoulder! I recently hurt my shoulder doing who knows what so I've been incorporating resistance band exercises like these to strengthen the rotator cuff and other surrounding muscles. PS fun fact... this is the type of music I most listen to while workout out. Keeps me focused
Keeping active whilst giving the ankle time to heal. Monkey bars 🐒 at the local park to work on upper body strength as I have no upper body "game". This weeks recovery will take form as stretching and conditioning. 💪🦁👊 Will reassess the ankle later in the week. It's crazy how good of a workout you can get in with just your body. I used to think I always needed a gym in order to look decent but that definitely is not the case.
