The thing that threw me off the most was that in Florida you can legally buy rifels aks, and all other types of weapons with out any type of licence for it.

Wondering why physical activity is so important?
Regular activity is a key part of managing diabetes along with proper meal planning, taking medications as prescribed, and stress management.
When you are active, your cells become more sensitive to insulin so it can work more efficiently. Your cells also remove glucose from the blood using a mechanism totally separate from insulin during exercise.

Alright I'm starting a series of workouts called muscle cardio. Where the workouts are intense where your heart will pumping but your building some muscle all at the same time.
So this workout is designed to test your whole body while demeaning it to engage almost every major muscle at least one time in the routine.
I know that everyone will not have a medicine ball and jump rope when they are at the pool but you have to use what you got.
The jump ropes can easily be done by holding that imaginary one :) and for the medicine ball throws find anything that you can copy the move with or just go through the motions without anything in your hand.
Heres the workout break down!
Pool Full Body Workout ⭕Bear Crawl Push-Ups For The Length Of The Pool ⭕100 Jump Ropes ⭕20 Medicine Ball Throws ⭕10 (Each Side) Plank Switch Overs
Rest 30 seconds
