💫ce livre est une référence en la matière! Très facile à lire (et un peu redondant ☺️), il rappelle entre autre l'importance de manger dans le calme, avec modération, en prenant conscience de la chance que nous avons de pouvoir manger à notre faim
💫cette démarche est pour moi primordiale dans notre société d'abondance et de consommation. Il est important d'expliquer à nos enfants qu'il ne faut pas gâcher la nourriture, que tous les aliments ne se valent pas (je pense aux produits ultra transformés)... je vais donc instaurer ici un petit temps de gratitude avant le repas 😃
💫il me semble aussi qu'un travail sur notre manière de manger peut être très bénéfique aux personnes qui subissent des troubles du comportement alimentaire

Non so se è l’influsso della luna nuova in Capricorno, se è la fine delle feste che lascia un po’ di malinconia o se è perché è appena cominciato un nuovo anno e magari ci sembra tutto uguale al mese scorso mentre vorremmo fortemente che le cose fossero diverse (che noi fossimo diversi) perché d’altronde l’anno è cambiato ma ci sentiamo fermi nello stesso punto. Rimane il fatto che qualcosa stride. (vero?)
Potrebbe essere un bel mix di tutte queste cose e molto altro a causare un forte senso di spossatezza, tristezza o malinconia. Insieme a questo si potrebbe innescare la classica reazione della fuga dal sentire ciò che non ci piace e della commiserazione spinta. 
La mente, ovviamente, si fa forte e ci va a nozze in questi momenti e non perde mai l’occasione di ricordarci quanto siamo inadeguati-falliti-miserabili-immeritevoli ecc ecc. Lei lo fa apposta, è lì per quello. 😊
Ma possiamo scegliere di non darle credito, di far cadere i pensieri semplicemente guardandoli passare. 
E possiamo invece metterci una bella mano sul cuore e renderci conto che lui è lì che lavora, sempre. E che alla fine respiriamo ogni secondo. IN\OUT IN/OUT. Respiriamo e siamo vivi. E siamo vivi non quando ci passerà la febbre o quando avremo messo più massa muscolare o quando avremo perso un chilo o avremo cambiato lavoro o avremo più soldi. No. Siamo vivi adesso, siamo noi, 
autentici, meritevoli di amore (il nostro in primis) in questo momento. E se quello è il tuo sogno fai ora un piccolo passo coltivando la pazienza dell’ascolto. Tutto ciò che c’è adesso è tutto ciò che esiste. 
Cosa dite? Ce lo ricordiamo un po’ più spesso? Ci respiriamo sopra e se la mente vaga riprendiamo la mira?

I used to compartmentalize my meditation. I'd start most of my days sitting and breathing (I usually use the app @insighttimer), and then I'd continue on with my day. 
I know from research and personal experience how beneficial meditation can be. Essentially, I see meditation as an opportunity to connect my mind, body, and breath. It calms me, centres me, and brings me deeper into my body. 
Lately I've been making an effort to practice meditation (connecting my mind, body, and breath) throughout my day: taking long deep breaths in line at the store, while I'm waiting for things to load on my computer, while I'm cooking, etc., and it has taken my mind/body/breath connection to a much deeper level. 
I really connect with this @thichnhathanhsangha quote. As I continue to bring my meditation practice into my daily life I feel more and more of myself. 
I'm curious, have you ever tried anything like this? To take your meditation (or any spiritual practice) into your daily life? What did you notice?
