Happy Tuesday dear IG family!!! Here is the new @jennymeetsblue profile photo! It was taken on the first day of snow last fall. 15 minutes into a nice afternoon walk it started snowing 😍 The kind of day that makes it to the "best day" memory list.
Reflexology can be done on just about all of the body's extremities. It does so much for the overall wellness and for specific problems or areas of concern. Just look at these various maps for reference. With taught skill and intuitive touch over the past 14 years I have had the privilege of providing this wonderful therapy for many people in sickness and in health. I've witnessed this modality to be a great comforter and healer, I'm amazed by it every time!
I have reflexology certifications for feet and hands, have learned great techniques for the ears and I'm hoping soon to add reflexology for the face to take my facial treatments up a notch.
If your curious about reflexology and want to give it a try click the link in my bio . You won't be disappointed.

Choose your muse by mood, colour or scent. (I chose mood : elegant)
If only you could smell this perfume - it is so stunning. Beautifully packaged too! 🤗
Photography is my way of stopping time, if only for a moment and snapping a moment I feel should be remembered forever. It’s my way of capturing raw emotions, like the love and familiarity of a 27 year marriage, that words could do no justice to describe.
All of my favorite photos are the in between moments. Before you recognize the camera is pointed at you and the mask appears. Moments where you’re blissfully unaware, and there’s a sense of honesty and vulnerability.
What’s your “thing” and why do you love it?
We had plans today that fell through at the last minute and we didn't really know what to do with our afternoon so we went blackberry picking in the woods by our house.
We were both eating blackberries straight from the bush. There is something satisfying about foraging and being rewarded with these little treats. Especially as they were so scarce.
Rory absolutely loved it, he was reaching out at branches for more! He was in the carrier so obviously we both got blackberry juice all over us but it felt like quite a special thing to do together so I decided to just go with it!
I have just found out that berry stains are notoriously difficult to get out of clothes but I guess in a couple of years time I probably won't remember the stained jumper but I might remember the first time we foraged for blackberries.
