Just speed-read @joelcreasey’s book. My name is in it twice and so is my photo, so at least I’ve been able to make it a little bit about me. RUN to your local book store and get a copy, it’s hilarious. Also you could just buy it online and have it delivered to you. #thirsty#joelcreaseythirsty#memoir
Yessss I know you've heard it before but here it goes again...👉DRINK MORE WATER👈
Do also find it difficult to drink 2 liters a day? Yeah I know exactly what you mean! Stay tuned for my next blog post on how to drink more water 😉
We are made up of about 70% water. It hydrates our skin, helps move the nutrients to where they are needed etc! To make along story short we need water to survive.
I recently acquired this bottle of Australian Organic Absinthe and am trying to find the best way to use it.
Please let me know of your fave absinthe drinks as i am quite the beginner!
I found this cocktail online which had been posted by a handful of people but I couldn't find the original creator. .
▪️20mls green chartreuse ▪️20mls lemon juice
▪️dash of absinthe @thegrovedistillery
▪️1/2 tsp gold sugar (optional)
Shake all with ice and strain
On a side note... Let's not take it anymore girls!! #metoo
BLUE HILL STONE FARM • Dan Barber • Tarrytown, NY
I first met @chefdanbarber at his #WASTEDlondon pop up a few months ago. His work about #foodwaste was so incredibly deep and inspiring that while being in NYC for @lesgrandestablesdumonde annual congress with @airdutemps_san, we needed to go there and learn more about his philosophy and how he applies his values to his famous farm and restaurant. With the great help of @pgouze we had a complete tour and be able to ask all the questions we had. Dinner then was the best proof of the hard work this incredible team has been doing for 14 years. That was beyond inspiration. Dan Barber proves everyday that we can build around a restaurant an ecosystem that absolutely respects the nature, that you can please and surprise your guests while creating a strong economy with local producers. He is writing a very special chapter of what gastronomy has to be about today.
I don’t have many pics of the dinner, but here is the result of meeting Blue Hill > a huge smile that shares the happiness and emotions I went through by living this experience with my friend and chef that teaches me so much @degeimbresanghoon (he also took this beautiful portrait I share to please my ego :) )
