8 days ago I went to an alternative medicine doctor who informed me that I'm allergic to corn, dairy, gluten, msg, and chocolate! Though it sucks, I can certainly tell a difference in my energy level already. I'm learning how much junk really is in the food we eat, and I'm becoming a better cook in the process. I even managed to make a Thanksgiving dinner that I could eat and everyone else actually liked! The lack of cheese is a struggle, but I've luckily been able to adjust to everything else easily. Tonight's meal was homemade teryaki chicken, and it was pretty darn good if I do say so myself! Here's to a healthier me! 🥂 #nomorejunkinmylife #healthyme #trimhealthymama #thmdeeps #thms

I enjoyed my breakfast yesterday so much that I had it again today! 😂 two eggs and some seasoning blend (mixed veggies) fried up in butter and two little sausage patties, oh and some coffee with a little cream. Gotta caffeinate 😉. I ended up having to end my fuel cycle early after I had lunch today due to some health issues out of my control. Even with just having two days of Deep S eating I noticed a huge difference in how I feel and my bloat, and I lost a pound! I’ll have to take another stab at a fuel cycle down the road and hopefully next time I’ll get the whole week in. Completely out of eggs this morning. That's okay, though, cuz this is really good! Zucchini, red peppers, spinach, kale, and chicken with a couple pieces of chopped bacon all cooked in butter. And the coffee....12oz of coffee, 1T heavy cream, a pinch of salt, a small spoonful of super sweet, several shakes of pumpkin pie spice, a little maple extract, a teaspoon or two of MCT oil (I just dump, no measuring 😂😂), a spoonful of coconut oil, and a spoonful of collagen, blended all together so it's nice and frothy. Yum.

Then, sauteéd zucchini and red peppers w/ salt, pepper, and garlic powder. And the brown mush is Pan Pudding. Eating my salad while I cook my steak....I got creative with the dressing. I was bummed to be missing out on the broccoli salad tonight (it has cheese and Greek yogurt in it), so I used some of the Easiest Mayo (page 517 in Trim Healthy Table), added sweetener and a little protein powder (in hindsight, a little bloop of almond milk probably would've worked better than the protein powder, I was just trying to replace the Greek yogurt that is used in the broccoli salad recipe 🙈🙈) But anyway, then I just mixed it all into my greens with a little ACV. Yum yum!

My body sure was happy with this breakfast.  Cinnamon custard eggs ( scrambled eggs with the addition of vanilla and sweetener —tastes like custard ) ... side of super greens and collagen coffee ☕️. Eggs cooked in Nutivas butter flavored coconut oil.  Yum! .
