How does one person find such things in their food.... last week in my salad I found a 6-8 inch blade of grass...... thick long grass. No mistaking it for a delicious lettuce leaf or green onion.... it was grass.
This morning I went in for the very first bite of some super yummy steel cut oats with mixed berries, which were frozen and I warmed them in the microwave. This is what I bite into, a tiny branch of thorns!!! How?! WHY?! Should I consider myself lucky or unlucky? 😂
Currently preparing for to teach a Qoya class on heartbreak this morning. I'm in a liminal space of reconnection to everyday life after having immersed myself in the authentic healing feminine energy of 49 other amazing souls at @sistersofthewild in Wales this weekend. This is a photo of the small altar I've made to stay connected to my sisters. I'm tuning into heartbreak and my heart aches to have left that special space and for the women who don't get to experience sisterhood, raw connection with themselves and the feeling of stepping into your power and witnessing others do the same. It was a privilege to dance, sing, storytell and just be around these women. Qoya was what brought me to that retreat and my gratitude for this practice and way of living is infinite. Thank you @jaynegoldheart_ for inviting me to teach. The portal you created was truly wonderful. Thank you @melaniemurphyxo for your energy, passion, fire and this rose quartz - it will live here for a few days in love. Thank you
@cassyede for the Qoya class and this card. #sistersofthewild#qoya#qoyalove#sisters#rosequartz#roses#thorns#motherearth
