Okay this is a “brag” post lol 😝 but how can I not.... my girls seriously have the BEST educators!!! I have so much respect for teachers and all that they do..... both girls have 2 teachers each and they are just so incredible.... I literally just emptied out Bella’s backpack 🎒 from Friday (i know didn’t have time till now good thing she finished her lunch lol) and one of her teachers 👩🏻🏫 sent me a #congratulations card 💕 like not only is she so incredible and loving with her students she even thinks about the parents 💗 #lovemykidsteachers so #thoughtfull#caring#teachersofinstagram
Vincent Van Gogh used to eat yellow paint because he thought it would get the happiness inside him.
Many people thought he was mad and stupid for doing so because the paint was toxic, never mind that it was obvious that eating paint couldn’t possible have any direct correlation to one’s happiness, but I never saw that.
If you were so unhappy that even the maddest ideas could possible work, like painting the walls of your internal organs yellow, than you are going to do it.
It’s really no different than falling in love or taking drugs. There is a greater risk of getting your heart broken or overdosing, but people still do it everyday because there was always that chance it could make things better.
Everyone has their yellow paint. 💛
I like to share things I feel might inspire or help others: I’ve decided to start journaling (inspired by my friend @tracey_garretwatsondreamteam ). I’ve got so much that runs through my head I often feel the need to get the thoughts out for later review—not to mention make space for new thoughts 😝. I chose a Christian journal that has scripture on each page as a way to incorporate and seek guidance from the Word with thoughts I’m trying to make sense of. I’ve already entered a couple pages for today and feel so much clarity! If you’ve read this and are intrigued, I encourage you to give it a try! I’d love to share experiences!
The things I’ve seen through my old glasses are hardly the things you’d want to show your children. Time to let go of the old and embrace something altogether different. Can I fill these up with better times, bigger adventures, and bolder moves? Day 19: Old Glasses #sheofthewildwrites#writing#selfie#justcause#greeneyes#thoughtfull
