This was roasted red pepper hummus & vegan tzatziki made with homegrown cucumbers from last summer. The bestie is not a fan of chickpeas though (no kidding 😅) so thinking of making muhamarra instead. And maybe Ary's @valises_et_gourmandises yummy smoked tofu spread. And I was asked to make my cashew cheese. 😊 Do you enjoy cooking for guests as much as I do? Good morning and happy hump day! 💙 That was my post workout breakfast: oatmeal covered with espresso nicecream and topped with chocolate sauce, almonds and blueberries 😍
I made the nicecream using 2 medium frozen bananas and 1 espresso and the chocolate sauce mixing 1 tsp cacao powder, 1/2tsp Agave syrup and 2 tsp water. Easy, fast, cheap and tasty 😉

Stumbled across a video by @yingworldfood making mango sticky rice and that got my cravings going... unfortunately it's not mango season down here so did a little improv with it. My bastardised version of the classic involves subbing for the following ingredients: purple glutinous rice steamed with pandan, caramelised bananas and maple vanilla coconut cream.
Pack of my @coconutbowls arrived yesterday, all set to explore now ❤️ I made a #rawvegan summer bowl this morning and turned out just gorgeous. What's in it? Pitaya cherry nicecream, watermelon slices, banana, mango cubes, chia seeds, melon seeds and prunes. ~what do you guys think?

For pitaya cherry nicecream, add 2 frozen bananas, 1 tsp pitaya powder from @just_blends, 1/2 cup cherries, 2 pitted dates, 3 soaked cashews, 3 tsps fresh almond milk to the blender. Pulse for about a min until you get a creamy texture. Enjoy!

Da ich heute ein Seminar vor mir habe und wir dort noch frühstücken, fiel mein Frühstück heute etwas kleiner aus.
Es gab eine Art Mugcake ganz ohne Mikrowelle oder ganz ohne ihn zu backen🙊 Man kann die Mengen natürlich verdoppeln, aber ich finde dieses ist eine tolle Snack Größe 🙊 Bringt 180 ml Wasser in einem Topf zum kochen. Vermischt derweil 50 gr Dinkelgrieß, 10 gr Kakao Pulver, 10 gr pb2 Pulver & 1 EL Xucker miteinander. Rühre wenn das Wasser kocht mit einem kleinen Schneebesen die trockenen Zutaten klümpchenfrei ein, dreh die Hitze aus & lass alles kurz dicker werden. Fülle es dann in eine kleine Schale. *Wichtig*: Gebe beim Einfüllen ein paar Stücken Schokolade dazu, die dann währenddessen schmilzt 😍 Dieses Schritt nicht auslassen es ist soo lecker ☝ Und ihr wisst ja! Schokolade die man nicht sieht, hat gar keine Kalorien 🙊😁 Ein paar min in der Schale lassen, bis es fest geworden ist, auf einen Teller stürzen & es sich schmecken lassen 😊

RECIPE: Just bring 180 ml water in a pot to boil. Combine 50 gr spelt semolina, 10 gr kakao powder, 10 gr powdered pb2 and 1 tbsp powdered natural sweetener. Add the dry ingredients and stir well into the boiling water. Turn out the temperature, wait a short moment till the consistency gets thicker and fill it in a little (!) mug or bowl. Add a few little pieces of vegan chocolate while filling it into the mug/bowl. Don't skip this step! It's so good 🙌 Oh and when you don't see the chocolate it has no calories 😎 Wait and let it rest in the little bowl a few minutes till you can put it on a plate 😊
You can also make the double amount but this is a great little snack size 😊
MID-WINTER HOLS ⚡️Can't wait to be wearing summer gear again in just under a week! And to be spending some quality one on one time with this little babe again💘. I am feeling genuinely pooped after this first half of the year. I'm moving house today. Moving in with my bf and on Skype the other day he actually asked me what I was doing today 😆 My little house in in a multitude of boxes and looks very empty, in a few hours it will all be on the road /M25 up to Windsor where I intend to make a huge mess in his house! 😂😂😂 Just time for a quick breakfast before I go, so this is some sweet potato granola, yhep I over ordered sweet potatoes too so have been putting them in everything!! Puréed they make a really good sticky base for granola and go well with warming spices like cinnamon and cardamom. So here it is, with some yoghurt, a few berries & kiwi, before I stuff it down and get on the road. Happy hump day everyone xxx

Bonsoir Insta! We made it to Tuesday Evening...Yyessssss!!!🙌🏽😍😍🙏🏽 ( This day was probably my longest & busiest in a short while.. It felt as though I was on a déjà vu mode 🙈😉... ) At last, I'm home... exhausted 😩 & not quite in the mood to cook HOWEVER, I had time to decorate my plate loool 😂🤣🙃... There's got to be someone else in the world as "obsessed" with rainbow 🌈 style foods as I am/ have been lately... ( Forgive me, sometimes this is what I end up with when I'm kind of "very tired " (I didn't make it with my eyes closed ...I promise😝)..
Anyways, on my plate, 👉🏽an organized little "mess"... Lightly sautéed red/purple cabbage, a mix of Zucchini, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, pea shots, oregano 🌿, parsley, dill , kale steamed then lightly sautéed with Himalayan salt, some white pepper, thyme & rosemary ( you might not see it all as it's 🔪chopped in small pieces), some Farro & super tiny button mushroom 🍄 slices ( otherwise, the kids won't eat it 😉), steamed cauliflower, orange bell peppers & carrots 🥕, chickpeas, corn 🌽 & alfalfa sprouts around the edges of my plate & voilà! Pretty simple & speedy⏰ ( convenient tonight because I soooo don't have the energy or willpower to do more 💆🏾( time for a well deserved massage session 😁🥂)... what about you? Posting dinner a little late tonight after just getting home from the gym 👊🏻 This post workout buddhabowl was filled with romaine, tricolored quinoa, chickpeas, avocado, shredded carrots, cucumber, and grapes 😋 I love the sweetness the grapes add and when you pair everything with a sweet oil free poppyseed dressing its amazing! 😩 Have a great rest of your night everyone 🌜
it's not often that i post photos of myself, in fact, it has been almost exactly two years since i last did. to keep things interesting though, i can't reveal my full identity because that's just too mainstream. all you have to know is that this vegan birthday cake was epic and i cut some epic-sized slices to match 😏 catch ya later lovelies 🌱
super kale soup: roast I head of garlic at 400 degrees for 20 min. Water sauté 1 peeled and chopped onion-5 min. Add 1/4c chopped celery-1min. Add 1/2c red lentils and 1/4c white wine-2min. Add 4c vegetable stock, 3 peeled and chopped potatoes, 4 dried and crumbled sage leaves and 1 bay leaf. Bring to boil and reduce heat to medium. Cook potatoes and lentils until soft. Add 2c chopped kale and wilt. Purée 2c+ soup with peeled roasted garlic, 2T nutritional yeast and s/p. Add purée back to pan and stir to combine. Serve with toasted pine nuts. #plantbased#plantbaseddiet 💚🌸
Even being busy during day I find time most every day to slice my veggies and create some beauty on the plate. Today we have cucumber and tomatoes from my dear friend's garden, sweet peas, super high nutrient dense cress salad, shaved fennel, pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts, micro basil, avocado, sliced kalamata olives, nutritional yeast and simple lemon vinaigrette. Delicious 🌿 Enjoy your day!
