My last meal before tomorrow’s weigh in...don’t worry campers I will be drinkin’ protein in 2.5-3 hours. Mad respect to all of those coping with tilapigus. My strategy was eating fish 2-3 days before week 6 weigh ins and treating poultry and 1% turkey as a delicacy after weigh ins or kinda like a cheat meal through out the challenge...because we couldn’t cheat!!! I want to end this 6 week challenge by prepping two days worth of tilapia, asparagus and garlic marinated in Cappys rub. @shelbybelchere steaming is the trick to asparagus when you can’t wrap it in bacon 🐷
