In awe of the beauty of life.
Reminding myself to stay present, no matter where I am, no matter what I am doing.
Yesterday I locked myself out of home for a total of 7 hours...simply because I was rushing around and left my key on the table.
I was definitely running on auto pilot. This was my lesson.
There is beauty everywhere around us, and it is so easily missed when our day is set to turbo speed.
This weekend is all about 'stopping and smelling the roses' 🌹 because with so much beauty to see, why would we want to miss out?
Happy Friday ❤️

As difficult as it may be taking time out for yourself is essential if you dont want to go crazy. My way of creating some space and relaxing today was taking a 1,5 yin yoga class and a piece of this lovely no idea what kind of healthy cake with a latte. Now I can take the world on again. 🙂
I'm back !!! So Wednesday morning I woke up to my husband and we decided to have 2 days off life -no kids -no work -no social media -no phone
I had 2 days just me and him no stress or distraction
It was just beautiful so after lunch on Wednesday in Chester the phone was off until now
We kept mickeys phone on ... We're not totally crazy lol
I love this man so so much we had such a ball I can't remember the last time I belly laughed as much as I did in Chester
We love this image. It really struck a cord with the world didn't it. We live in a time when everybody is looking to the next thing before the present moment has even happened. When you have a baby you are willing them to eat, walk, talk, and before you know it they have a mortgage and you have grandkids 😱 It is important for us every now and then to stop and be present.
