Explosive, power outputs don’t always mean heavy lifts. Flipping tires, sled runs, rope slams, ball slams, burpees, etc. all use fast twitch muscle fibers. Engaging in these fibers help with power output and endurance. Both of which Perform & Strength target! Perform pre-workout helps with focus, energy, and better blood flow. Strength helps with strength and endurance to build lean muscle! 💪🏼
3 rounds of this circuit followed by 10 mins of HIIT on the treadmill ended my workout yesterday! 🙌🏼

I've been told before that what I do is pointless.... from toxic boyfriends who told me to retire because I'd never win 🤦🏼♀️coaches who took extremes and risked my health and friends who mocked me for wanting to stay in on the weekend 💀 you'll have people in your life who will tear you down, test your dreams and mock your goals. The nay sayers should fuel your 🔥 enough is enough and the only person who can push past these negative vibes is you. I've learned a lot these past years in this sport 💪🏻I know I'll continue to improve as I grow. I know a lot of people are interested in competing. I encourage you to first do your research ☺️ second,
Know you'll get some backlash. People don't always understand the extremes in the sport.
I'll be the first to tell you that you need to push yourself sometimes and have a passion for this because it's not easy ❤️Lastly, choose who you work with and what route you chose for prep wisely. No goal is worth your health 👌🏻there's a lot of shady people in the industry unfortunately.
For me, having experience and credentials are my number one priority ☝🏻I love this sport and wouldn't trade it for anything. I promise you guys I will be 💯 transparent this season
