I know it's not #toasttuesday anymore... but that doesn't mean I can't enjoy some FRESH smoked salmon toast with arugula, balsamic vinegar and my homemade hummus! I love this dish because I have healthy fats, protein, and fiber from almost every ingredient you see... not to mention the taste is on point! 👌🏻 Next time you make toast you better give this a try!

If yesterday was #toasttuesday , then today I'm going all out for #wafflewednesday 😋 these are @vansfoods power grains waffles topped with all the goods🤤 strawberries, banana, chia seeds, PB and some melted non dairy chocolate chips! I always keep some waffles in the freezer so I can enjoy them on busy weekdays (anddd I don't have a waffle iron😳 so...) and these are great because they have 10 grams of protein and are made with whole grains so they really keep me full! Yassssss! Not your average burger here!! Cheesy pan fried 'rice cake' topped with sauteed mushrooms, onions, and spinach, topped again with a turkey burger, topped AGAIN with some feta 🔥🔥🔥
Rice cake: brown rice mixed with egg white and shredded cheese pan fried in avocado oil until crispy.
Veggies: sauteed with cumin, onion salt, paprika, and cayenne.
Burger: ground turkey seasoned with harissa and cooked in a cast iron grill pan.

A few days ago I saw Salami Pizza Toast on @feedfeed Instastory and could not resist the simplicity and convenience of this recipe!
I had the major ingredients and 2 hungry pizza lovers to feed ( me + Zack). I needed no other reason to make these but it is Toast Tuesday so another perfect reason to make them!
For Veggie Pizza Toast: Spread sauce onto bread slices, top with cheese, roasted zucchini spinach and 🍅. I have one with cheese and one without for my dairy-free friends to try. .
Place under a low broil for 5ish minutes. The edges of the bread should be crunchy and the toppings warm. Quick & delicious!
Toast on Tuesday is always a good thing in my opinion, especially when it's smothered in my easy gaucamole 🥑and sprinkled with @manitobaharvest 's NEW Toasted Hemp Seeds... which btw are UNREAL!
