✨ClaryCalm - Monthly Blend for Women✨
✔️Designed to provide a calming, soothing effect during the course of a woman’s menstrual cycle, ClaryCalm is known as a cooling essential oil blend when used topically, with a floral, yet herbaceous scent. Whether you need cooling effects for the skin, or help balancing your emotions, ClaryCalm is the perfect companion in times of discomfort and extra need. .
👩🏿During menstruation, the female body tends to experience a lot of discomfort, both emotionally and physically. Utilize the soothing benefits of ClaryCalm during your menstrual cycle, by applying the oil to the abdomen for a calming massage. .
👩🏾The calming aroma of ClaryCalm can both soothe and balance heightened emotions when applied topically. You can apply a drop of ClaryCalm to your hand, rub the palms together and inhale the scent of ClaryCalm for 30 seconds or more when you need to center your emotions and regain composure. Remember—ClaryCalm can help balance your mood throughout the month, not just during menstruation. .
👩🏽The cooling effect of ClaryCalm can be helpful when the body gets too hot. When you start feeling flushed or warm, apply ClaryCalm topically to the skin for a cooling, soothing effect. The doTERRA ClaryCalm blend comes in a convenient roll-on bottle, so when your body feels a little too toasty, you can simply roll the oil over your skin for a cooling sensation that will help you settle and cool down. .
👩🏼Although ClaryCalm helps create a soothing abdomen massage during menstruation, applying the oil to other areas can also help you experience the cool, soft sensation that ClaryCalm has to offer. When applying topically, consider rubbing the oil on the back of your neck, on your temples, or even on the bottom of your feet.
👩🏻Diffusing ClaryCalm aromatically can also provide help for unbalanced or heightened emotions. Diffusing ClaryCalm while you rest on the couch, read your favorite book, or just relax at home is a great way to center your emotions and dispel heightened sensitivity.

What do you love about October pumpkin patches?
I love that by this time of the year, we start feeling the cooler weather in SoCal (This is me wishfully hoping, since today’s high was 90 degrees!)
I love that parents come together to such a simple retreat (no wi-fi needed) with their children and end up having so much fun! (We can omit the tantrums from our memories.)
And I also love that we take a million photos each and every year next to pumpkins to measure the growth of our children.
(Yep, I’m that Mom!)
Now, to find a pumpkin patch and will I only visit one this year?! Hhhmmm...

Hmmmmm...
Woman Crush Wednesday features ME this week 'cause I never give myself enough credit.
I'm strong, both emotionally & physically.
I'm genuine. I'm understanding. I'm the center of two little girls' world.
I'm a caregiver. I'm a home-keeper. I'm a dog mommy too.
I'm passionate. I'm caring.
& I'm proving to myself every single day that I'm much more powerful than I previously thought.
I miss my best friend, believe me, I do. Every day.
The first month was the absolute hardest, but the girls & I are slowly getting back on our feet.
I'm setting goals & have promised myself that I will reach them by the end of deployment.
So here's to me & only me! (With subtle hints & thoughts to my girls... welll, 'cause they're the center of my universe❤️) Also.. peep the double tongue rings, I'm a cool mom 💁🏻
Does perfectionism get in your way? Does it keep you up at night? Do you worry what others will think if you’re not doing everything just so?
I used to worry about that ALL THE TIME. And some days I still find myself thinking that way.
This morning, for instance, I woke up with a bit of dread... do I drag my exhausted 💤 self out of bed and do the workout my group is doing even though I’m also co-teaching a 1 hour workout class later today?
Do I do ☝️ workout or 2 today? What will my challengers think if I don’t do the workout they’re doing? Will I have failed them? Will I be a “bad” example?
Thanks to this lifestyle I’ve chosen and the community I’m part of I’ve grown as a person & learned to stop 🛑 that negative thinking. I realize it’s NOT about being perfect. No one is perfect. It’s about showing up every day working to make yourself better.
My passion and my mission is to show people living a healthy lifestyle IS POSSIBLE. And trying to cram in multiple workouts a day in a silly effort to please everyone could actually be turning some of you away. (And burning me out in the process). Who has time for multiple workouts a day? 🤷♀️ Not too many of us I’m sure.
But getting in ☝️ workout is totally doable. We all have the time for 20-30 min a day. Especially if it’s going to help our health, our sanity and our sense of balance. We start off small. And maybe we can’t do the full 20 min to start. THAT’S OK too!! But if you don’t start somewhere you won’t get anywhere.
This imperfect mama is here to show you that you don’t have to do it ALL you just have to be willing to start somewhere and improve every day. It doesn’t take 2 hours at a gym to be in shape. Nor does it take hours in the kitchen. It takes belief in yourself and that you’re worth it.
Are you ready to ditch that perfectionism with me and make time for you?
We aren’t perfect and neither is living healthy. It’s a windy road just like any road in life but it’s a road worth traveling, especially if you have a companion.
Will you be my companion on this road to healthy living? 👭📲
The amount of energy kid's have always amazes me. And when people say "at least they will sleep good" I give them the glair/eye roll 🙄 and think: HA! Not my kid! Any other mamma have a toddler like this?! Energy for days, this girl.
My sonshine ☀️
Bringing you into this world has pushed me into a deeper alignment within myself. I’m so thankful that your soul picked mine to help guide you in this universe ❤️ #tinyhealer#aligned#fallvibes#sonshine
If you're a mom who is conscious about the chemicals that may or may not be present in your kid's products, you know how hard it can be to make sure you're keeping nonharmful items out of your home. We recently told you about the brand Beautycounter, created by mom and wife Gregg Renfrew. After learning that many chemicals are legally allowed in makeup and skincare items in the US, Renfrew worked hard to minimize the amount of harmful ingredients used in the line, and Beautycounter even has a "Never List" of more than 1,500 questionable or harmful chemicals that the brand will never use.
#1 again! Don't forget to add some beautiful products made safe...for your most important gifts... your children deserve the safest products for their developing and delicate bodies! https://www.popsugar.com/moms/Beautycounter-Kids-Products-44149618
In case anyone is feeling like their life isn't as glamorous as those highlight reels on your feed, here's a little 'behind the scenes' on what's going on over here:
I feel like all we've done is chores and errands this week, and yet I feel like I still have all the chores and errands to run. This week is flying by and I don't feel like I've put a dent in the never ending to-do list 😅
I've been trying to figure out that fake spider web stuff to put up in our house for the boys before November but apparently no one has answers on how to decorate your house like a hip mom, they just know how to make it look like you're doing it wrong 😂😂
Having bangs is super perplexing and I don't know how to do my hair anymore 🙈
Our apartment complex maintenance got mud all over our car and I haven't called them about it yet (oh hey social anxiety 🙋🏼) so in the meantime I'm driving a dirt-mobile until I call them or just go get it washed myself 🤦🏼♀️
Ive been fighting the most insane carb and sugar cravings lately, dealing with breakouts everywhere, and a slew of other things you probably don't want to know about 😘
The point is, this is my life and I could compare and feel insecure, unworthy, incapable and sometimes I do!
My job is ON social media, and I could complain that it's too much pressure to try and help others when I don't have it all together myself, but the reality is when I get to meet new people everyday, surround myself with those trying to up level themselves, and literally just focus on bettering myself INSIDE and out - there's no room for the comparison game. It's the thief of joy. My life is enough and so is yours ❤️There is room for EVERYONE on these platforms and your life is 100% worth documenting if you want to. In fact - please document your life and break these molds k? Then message me or click the link in my bio if you wanna know what it is I do as a coach and how we change the world with our mediocre ass lives 😍❤️😘😜👯
